I wouldnt use a 26 or 28 inch barrel for the home but thats just me and thats a choked barrel so you wouldnt want it for deer slugs either

that express synthetic 7rd would be a good HDW , could get that and a deer barrel

get a deer model and buy a 18" smooth bore barrel seperate would prolly be your best option

all are good main difference is the finish and barrel type

short barrel easier to manuver and weild in a home defense situation and will scatter the buckshot a bit more to better insure to hit the intruder , longer rifled barrel for better accuracy with a deer slug

mossburg 500 or remington 870 , barrels swap easy have a short home barrel and a rifled deer barrel

I live in between a cattle farm and a sheep farm "yea I know you thought I was joking about the sheep before" , a small hobbie goat farm and a corn field so theres several electric fences here . Anyway Kevin kept losing sheep to the coyotes so he got a new fence charger last summer and Im pretty sure its the same one in that story . Not going into details "no I wasnt hopin the fence for some sheep love" but that sumbeich works like a mofo , and he's not lost a lamb since. So I can see that story playing out just about like its written.

No hating here, that'll be a good first bike to learn to ride on.

I dont like lights on home weapons for the reason said earlier , it gives the other guy somthing to aim at if you must have somthing get a laser but do you really need somthing on a 12ga ? its a point an shoot weapon just gotta be in the right vicinity the buckshot will take care of the rest
