This is the start of more action by the EPA towards the automotive and powersports aftermarket.

The issue that the EPA has with the tuners is that they have user adjustability in regards to air fuel settings..which takes a vehicle out of CAA certification parameters.

I don't think anyone with leds on their bike is qualified.

It makes near 180 at tire stock (depending on dyno of course)  prob add 20 with exhaust and tune.  Bike gives up alot due to euro 4 emissions....in fact, stock you only get 90% continuous throttle at WOT.  Lots to torque management...weak timing...etc.  it handily beats a new r1m that has a tune and exhaust...and that is when the zx10 is stock

Shipped out the ecu for tuning.....

Never posted back up regarding dealing with Riders Discount:

As promised,Mike helped me out on another purchase to make up for the less than stellar experience I had the first time.  I received my exhaust at a great price, and shipping was fast.  Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.  On a side note, I only had the exhaust on the bike for 1 week, promptly sold the bike, then took a $450.00 loss on the exhaust.

F#@k this weather....can't plan to do anything...

Derek...wouldn't void warranty but I'll wait til I get the tune.  Prob only make 180ish as it sits now....depending on the dyno.
