Yes, make it rebound quicker. It's really not that bad, you may not even need to mess with it.

The rear is rebounding too slow, back the adjuster out 4 or so clicks or about 1-2 turns depending on what it has.

They do tech and registration together so just roll up and they will have you sign in then.

You can see the build up on the back edge of the tread also there is a triangular clean patch in front of the tread that you can see plain as day on the top of the tire right side.

That is fairly normal, your rebound is off though.

Tech should be out on cold pit, we can direct you towards that. Riders meeting is usually in the pavilion area where all the picnic tables are.
