I think the bike was pissed he didn't have full Harley gear on. I have heard Harley does this but never saw it happen.

You need a better weather app, mine doesn't show rain on sat or sun.

Machining a tool is a little different than hacking into a broom. Hell I had a bar and chain that I used to compress the spring with. It worked but I wouldn't offer to do someone else's stuff with it. If the tools were machined and functioned like they should then no problem. I just wouldn't work on others stuff with backyard engineered tools.

The new stuff is way different. You have to be able to compress the spring and the easiest way is a $100 tool. Well worth every penny I spent on it as most shops will charge you for an hour just to swap springs. I don't mind making tools for my stuff but I also wouldn't offer to do seals for others with them.

This will all depend on what tires and what they are used for.

and you have the tool to compress the springs? You will end up paying more for trackside service and even more if they take the forks off. I would still guess $180-200 pending how you got the forks to him.

I just got off the phone with verizon about my voicemail not working. The woman I talked to said "I got this". It may have been this guys mom.

Well, got the new sd card today and it worked perfect. Not sure what is wrong with my other card but at least the damn camera works.

I didn't know you were there? I didst see the guy on track except for a rain session. I can't answer if he was endangering others or riding way off pace. If he was that big of a problem I would have expected someone to bitch to whoever was patrolling the open group. I don't know who was keeping an eye on that group or how they would have missed someone riding as bad as everyone is saying. I know Kevin said something to me (not running open) but I figured he was being a bitch as usual.

I didn't say it was the correct mirror. As for them being in open. Motoseries doesn't have a hard set rule on this. I do agree whoever was helping in the open group should have seen this and moved them.
