All of the areas that were pulling up have been fixed. Any new ones are being repaired as they arise. I'm heading up sunday to help dig out an area on the exit of 13 for an apron to help with getting on the gas harder out of it. Once they get enough money they are going to remove the bump in the middle of 3, they have about half the cash for that project though.
Who all is going. I'm riding saturday and then the 750gt and mini20 sunday. I also heard that there will be a concession stand now so Fred will have something to remind us of every 2 min.
If you do like me and constantly weigh yourself just keep in mind that you will fluctuate. This also makes it hard to tell if you are loosing weight as you may loose a lb or 2 from one friday to the next but in between you may gain some.
Honestly I would check it about a week after you started. Some of that will be fat loss and then they should be all fat from there on out. I would say that the first 5 or so lbs will be water and it will drop off very quick (first 4-5 days). This is really going to depend on how overweight you are, the more over weight the quicker the fat can come off.
^No not really. You will tend to shed more water weight by drinking the right amount of water. Honestly it's impossible to loose 3 lbs of fat in a day.
Really great weather. Matt, soren, Mike and myself were the only ones in A Group. 30 min sessions and we would go out and try to run with each other. Best day I have had in a while. Can't wait for next round.
