what "bulb type"?
Look at the stock bulb that you want to replace. The bulb type should be on there somewhere, most likely H7 or H4.
What different bulb types look like:

yeah, any higher than that and they start to get a blue tint.

IMO they are definitely worth it. I got the 55W dual system with 5000k bulbs. They are very bright!
