Yep. The CC bill that just got voted down was not really all that major. Our OH CC permits are valid in a few other states already, and the trend is by and large toward more states doing the same. It only got turned into a big deal because a few people on both sides made noise about it, and it's been a pretty slow news week.

I'll be rolling up there tomorrow, probably around 7ish. Of course, it's no great feat for me, I'll only be about 5 minutes away from switching to my car if the weather goes nonlinear.

I've not yet been to the one on Friday, but my Shadow and I normally go to the one on Thursdays in Reynoldsburg. Grr, everyone's Shadow is newer than mine. (Goes out in the garage and kicks a dent in the tank to make it more 'biker') So there.

Yeah. I'll nth the don't date women with kids thing- whether you want to or not, whether the kids have a father or not, you will get dragooned into playing daddy. Unless you're just dying to play daddy without the benefit of it even being your kid, just avoid it. It's 2009, birth control exists, there are girls out there who are smart enough to use it. Then again, if that's your thing, go for it. Don't worry, by the time she forces you to sell your bike and get a minivan, you won't remember your manhood enough to even be upset about it.

Because I'm apparently retarded, I accidentally deleted the message I got when I joined that told how to go about getting an OR sticker. It'd be great if someone took pity on me and either told me how to get it or pointed me to where I can find the info myself. Wasn't sure where to post this, sorry if it's in the wrong place. I'm agreeing with BonkerS-- if people wanna be attention whores, and other people want to drool over them, I don't particularly care, but I don't see why we can't ask them to keep it in one of the off-topic areas somehow. TBH, I get irritated when I see all these unread posts at login, just to find it's a 3-day continuation of a bunch of dudes begging some aging barfly for pictures of some shit we'd probably ignore at the bar anyway. Meh. C'est la interwebs.

Just make sure you don't use any of those "socialized" roads to get there- if I see a single streetbike there I'm calling you all hypocrites.

In my experience, it's generally not worth waiting for a girl to get her head screwed on straight- if she's not mature enough to have some idea what she wants now, it'll be an awful long time before she is, if ever. In the meantime, you waste time getting strung along, when you could possibly be missing the chance to meet someone who's mentally in the same space you are right now. And, to be honest, busy isn't a good excuse-- if she was really into you, she'd make time. There's a good chance she's playing you off as a simple way to "friend zone" you without making it quite so obvious. I'll just leave these two cents here on the counter.
