1) I feel dumb for trying to figure it out after discounting "smoke weed" as unlikely on a TV show - not realizing it's shopped. 2) Should be "Something you do EVERY DAY" not "everyday". Every day = each day. Two words - adjective and noun. "I ride to work every day." Everyday = something that is common or normal. One word - adjective. "Unlike a custom stretched chopper, my V-Strom is well good for everyday use." Just rememeber; "Everyday things happen every day."

The dealer i got my subaru from had listed a grand am for $100,000. While i was there for the subaru i told them i just HAD to see the $100k grand am. They looked at me all funny. Then they went to their website and saw it. Apparently someone fat-fingered $10k. "We wondered why nobody was interested in it..."

Snopes to the rescue again. http://www.snopes.com/politics/crime/restricted.asp Obama has nothing to do with this - he's just one of the people protected by the secret service. Former presidents are protected by the secret service too, aren't they? This headline might as well read "Cannot protest when GWBush is present". And if Romney becomes president then he will be protected by the same rule, despite Romney having nothing to do with this either.

You may be hiding it from the door to door police but remember this is a public forum. Anyone can see this. You wouldn't list "stolen television" for sale here, would you? By law, any TCD is automatically considered stolen unless you have a receipt for it. Do you have a receipt? No? So you're listing stolen property for sale in a public forum, which is pretty stupid.

http://codes.ohio.gov/orc/4511.18 It is a 3rd degree misdemeanor unless you can *PROVE* it was purchased from a local goverment st the end of its useful life, or purchased direct from the manufacturer for private use. You need an original receipt for either case. Max 60 days jail otherwise.

What's with the pose at the beginning? If he faced me with that really low stance (aka stupi-dachi) I'd be attacking that front foot. It's like a REALLY deep kiba-dachi. I'd be looking at his feet and realizing he's on the balls of his feet - fast but not as powerful (versus a heel-heavy style that is slower but more powerful).

Don't see the pepperball gun too often. Doesn't seem to work all that well.

Funny story. While I was studying for my IT degree I did pre-law with an idea to possible change majors and got to law school. I used to sit in the public gallery at the courts and watch trials. One time I sat in the public gallery at Leeds Crown Court and watched Barristers (trial lawyers for Felony cases) at work. I watched as a 70 year-old man was being indicted for raping his 13yr old great-granddaughter. The Barristers were arguing over bail. The Crown requested no bail be offered as the defendant was a foreigner and a flight risk and lived with the victim. The defendant's barrister argued that although the girl was 13, she "looked old" and "was wearing tight shorts" and "liked it". After throwing up a little in my mouth I realized that if I became a barrister then *I'd* be the one standing there minimizing the crimes that my clients admitted to me. As it happens, the judge asked the defendant where he will stay if released on bail. He said; "I will go home to Pakistan". That gavel sounded like a gunshot; "No, Sir, you shall not! Remanded into custody! Sieze his passport!" In the next courtroom I listened to a case involving a road rage dispute that let to an accident and then an assault. I don't recall the specifics but I do remember rolling my eyes at the defense Barrister repeating a fanciful yarn dripping will bullshit and lies. "Your Honor, my client did not slam on his brakes to cause a crash, he was unaware of the car behind him as he decided to takes the function of his brakes as required and prudent for safe motoring." Walked out of the crown court shaking my head and chose to stay an IT major. -
Her response... CBs are hardly used any more in the UK. Even if they are not covered by the handheld electronics ban there is a catch-all offense of "not being in full control of the vehicle" that is used when people do stupid things that are not individually illegal - such as eating/drinking. In that case it's a judgement call as to whether the action compromised control of the car. If you take a 6 or 7 second swig from a coffee cup in heavy traffic then you're gonna get grief for that. Any time you tie up an arm for longer than it takes to hit a button on the dashboard you're at risk of the "full control" ticket. I'm not aware that the interlock device is used in the UK - however if it WAS installed and takes you more than a couple of seconds to provide the sample then it would be illegal - not because it is electronic, but because it ties up an arm.

An engagement ring is "Given in anticipation of marriage". It is a conditional gift and the condition is that she go through with the marriage. If SHE breaks if off then the ring is recoverable. If HE breaks it off then it becomes more murky. All other gifts are likely going to be considered irrecoverable as they are simply gifts. However the engagement ring under my understanding of Ohio law, is always considered to have been given in anticipation of marriage. -
I am utterly disappointed by the lack of ass (as creepy as it may have been). Oh, and "'shopped. Seen a few 'shops in my time, can tell by the pixels" etc.

If she still lives there at the time you change the locks then you cannot kick her out like that. If you do then expect a judge to make you pay her hotel until she finds another place (if she goes that far). If she has already moved out voluntarily and is living at another place and she is NOT on the deed/lease/title of the place you are staying then change the locks NOW. Also, if you have an alarm system then change the code. Even better, if your alarm system has a "duress" code then set the duress code to the old disarm code. If she gains access illegally and cannot shut off the alarm then she will run away. If she can "disarm" the alarm then she'll still be there when the police show up. -
How stupid can you be? How can it be my truck when not ONE of them is a camera??
