You just don't get it do you?? The man paid money for his house, the last thing he wants to hear late at night are some idiots drag racing (illegal activity) while he is enjoying his relaxing time at home. There are plenty of places that these folks can take their cars and bikes and run them legally. It bothers not only him but apparently the whole neighborhood. It's about respect.
