I will be riding 10/22/165/1504 on sunday
What time you taking off from the Shell station??
How long of a route is that?
-
Ok. It's been a long while since I've really hit the curves due to an incident that almost killed me. I've done the 10/22; I just don't remember anything else. It's been a couple of years.
I've got 8 to 10 hours to burn on Sunday. I'm in Bellbrook but willing to travel for some good roads. Hit me with your routes, I've heard about this 1504 (I think) and when I was down South also ran up 32 a bit but don't know where it leads or anything else about it.
As of right now I'm a "Lone Ranger" but looking for anyone else that would like to join in. The time line does include some rest stops along the way.
The routes can be Northern KY, Southwest OH, Central OH to Southeast OH. Just looking for a long fun ride.
If there are any RC owners out there that would like to join in or rather (Twins), come on. It's always nice to rock the back roads with that rumble.

here is the basic route. There is a couple errors in it. google wouldnt cooperate with me.So far my bro and 2 buddies are going. My brother just got his liscense and another guys ridin a cruiser. so i probaly wont be hittin these roads to hard. I dont want anyone to feel like they have to push there limits to keep up(not that im a pro or anything). Just want to get out and forget about work stress and relax!!
Nukcrash i will get ahold of everyone this evening and finalize a meeting point. We can catch up with you on the way down if you like.
20thGix.....I think I'll bow out of this one. I'm looking for something a little more aggressive and prob a little more time than you guys want to put in. Just looking to release some stress a little.

So whats the final verdict on the route??? I'd be up for this on Sun, just need to know the meeting place, coming from Bellbrook. I've got all day to ride.

$0 and 0 cents. I like to e-shop lol
:plus1:000 on this one. There prices can be blown away by Riders Discount, Pit Posse and Sportbike Track Gear. I've had a bad experience at the IP, plus they charge a re-stocking fee for returns. The other places don't and I've had excellent customer service from them.
I only use local stores or the IP to try on the gear for the correct sizing. When spending big bucks it's worth the drive. For my full suit + additional gear they were going to charge $1747, I ordered on-line and the same only cost me $1218 shipped to my door.

Yes.....I miss TX myself.....so do what you must.....not to mention the better riding weather in Cali.....
-
I should be there......what time to meet??
I should be able to get in touch with some others.

I see Chris W on his SV1000 there with you too. You might have been down there with us one time when we met up with some guys from Columbus and another Airforce guy from Dayton who was in a wreck later that year. Those are some good roads, would be more fun if I could learn them to haul ass on them. Only been that 1x though. Fucking C-dub wrecked in front of a barn around a turn that day. It was like 90+ that day. My 636 was a torture rack for riding all day like that.
That Air Force guy that was in a wreck......mmm....that would be me. I'm not sure getting in a 90mph combined speed head on collisiong with a drunk driver could be considered a wreck. I like to think of (22 shatters/breaks/dislocations in 16 different bones, brain hemorage, memory loss, the 7 surgeries, external fixator putting my foot back together, 5 months in a wheelchair, and all the titanium that holds my leg and arm together.....I know I'm missing some......ah yes the blood transfusion also)......mmmm....yeah that could be called a wreck but I like to think of it as the night I was almost killed.
That was a fun day and you are right, it was cooking. I'm back riding again this year for the first time since that night 9 Sep 06.
Just thought I'd give you little rassing.

I was at Sheppard AFB in Whichita Falls TX going to one of my tech schools long ago.
There was a HOT HOT blonde that had a jeep. So upon seeing her park it one day, I noticed the tag.....GR8 DSLS.....and upon seeing her close up......it was without a doubt true......never got the chance to know how well they could be used though....

I was there and took her in when no one else would. Gave her a home, and a fresh change of clothes. LOL
So who's this stripper you met!!!!!
-
I'm thiking I might be able to make this.
New to the forum and haven't met anyone on here yet.
-
Thanks for starting this one for me.
I'm looking for the right rear set only or a full (R & L) pending price. My friend picked up an 05 636 and the guy had it fall over on the right. When this happened, the area where the rear break screws into the bracket broke.
So right now it's just zip tied so it doesn't hang.
Anyone that has one or the set for sell, pm and I'll get back to you.
KruelHouse.....that sucks about all the entertainment you have to do this weekend and won't be able to make it to KY......I see where your priorities are..not to the RC
I'm still stuck on which one to take......the 02...or the 04...

I'll keep it short. Not a new rider and not new to being hit either. I've been through a lot more than once but keep on ticking. Love to ride and push my limits. I'm in the USAF and run the motorcycle program for WPAFB. Just still chasing my dream on two wheels.
If you want to know and see a lot more about me, just look me up www.myspace.com/nukcrash69 If you want to know about the titanium...just look.
See you around.

I guess I'm still limited on PMs now.
The answer is yes....can't talk about it due to a confidentiality agreement.
They are not small time by any means. When I used the word "Super", that there is actually a listing across the U.S. of ones that meet this status.
But like I said, there were even changes in laws that restricted my case. These laws were meant to protect the businesses. He will be able to tell you all about it. Just remember he is telling you the facts and won't hide anything.
