Found a cheap house I want that needs a bunch of work / remodeling and looking for some suggestions. I'm looking for someone to do a walk through with us and give us a ballpark figure on the work we would be looking to have done so we can get an idea of what sort of offer we could go in at with our budget and then use them for the remodel work

That's cause it's a myth and I'm only a figment of your imaginations! I was down in the smokies last weekend and was complaining enough about not having the bike and not being able to make the June trip cause of our family trip out West that this could happen if the new job would let me push my start date back a week. No dice
