Yup it's great used it on Candy and it held up great this weekend with 1800 miles and a bit of rain. Everything easily washed off with a hose at the hotel. Fyi I did claybar it before application

I just started seeing it at Walmart which is a big win for those guys I imagine.
I started buying their stuff when I got this bike in 2013 because it's a true matte finish so I had to get special products for it. Found them online and never looked back lol.
I do have a soft spot for the meguiar's tire shine stuff that looks and smells like grape jelly, though.
I briefly went down the detailing rabbit hole and while chemical guys is looked down upon by pros because of now being in walmart and auto parts stores it's always provided excellent results for the weekend warrior

Chemical Guys is an above average product that can be found in mass retail. I've had great luck with it

This is my favorite gravedigger post ever. Amazing how many names from 11 years ago I instantly recognized but forgot about over time

Bummer, I always liked Fontana but it did get shittier and shittier every year

honestly there isn't anything good until you get down that way. I used to ride to my old construction company from Richfield to Dover on the bike and never found anything worth taking instead of the highway. I would always cut out early and ride that area then slab it back home

Keep an eye on Sibling Revelry Brewery, there is a chance their house accountant position might be opening up soon

It really is fun as hell. I've only been on a few times but when I have I've been on a few hours at a time and swapping stories and bullshitting just reminds me of the old days of OR

What kind of pace can that be ridden in tighter curves?
It can't handle any worse than a Vrod can it? I wasn't exactly a great rider back in the day but I could mostly keep up a medium fast pace and I had to really work to attempt to keep up with Jinu on a VROD down in the Smokies.

cheapest way to do it is get some large rocks and put em down in the strip. Don't have to mow it and blocks their ability to drive over it
-
Good Luck Nivin! I have friends in that area and its really nice.

That's crazy!
If only this place was what it was 10 years ago...
**Edit: Damn, I just looked and I joined in 2009. I remember bubby @max power was the first person I met from here when he helped me trailer my salvage title VMAX to the BMV for an inspection. Crazy how time flies. Thanks for making me feel old haha.
Pretty sure I joined in 2009 as well, shit was so much fun back in the day.

I for one and glad with all the precautions they are taking. Take a couple weeks of everyone staying the fuck away from each other, snuff this fucker out and hopefully go on with our lives come April

A (very fast) guy I used to ride with, would break away from the group and find a place to stop. Then he'd break a cigarette in half and light it. When you caught up he was leaning against his bike "just finishing" his smoke. When I finally got quicker and could stay with him I figured out what he was doing 🤣
this was the exact story Pauly told us on that same Gap trip. One of the best things I ever heard on 2 wheels

If we're going down memory lane, those first few years of the annual GAP have the best damn stories
