  1. There are some nicer areas of Macedonia for sure and some less great areas near Northfield. There is a hotel right off 271 and 8 that has a reputation of seedy stuff and it sounds like this is where it was at
  2. I'll fit it in somewhere between: working my current job, finding a new job, starting my 2nd/side job, fixing little detail things around this house so I can sell it on my own if need be and going to the crazy amount of doctor appointments that twins bring
  3. I bought a VFR because the hard ass seat on the CBR sucked, what makes you think I'll tough this one out? I still do need to figure out what the hell I did wrong with the chain/gearing. It doesn't work right which is another reason I haven't tried to even start put seat time on it. With everything else I have going on right now, this took a way back seat to it all
  4. Got it fairly cheap in an auction. Assembled it and took it down the street once before I realized it needs some modification to be comfortable (mainly a new damn seat) and take it to Pauly to show me how to fix what I FUBAR'd on set up
  5. I had that issue with Chrome and another forum. I deleted chrome and downloaded the app again and it went away
  6. im going to go ahead and blame my illness and not having consumed anything other than a bottle of Gatorade since 9am yesterday for my confusion and thinking this was in regards to a dirt bike
  7. I'm down 7 lbs since 5:30pm last night havent had the flu in years
  8. It's on purpose because it sucks
  9. C'mon now don't be so crazy. Don't you know there is always someone else to blame other than those directly responsible?
  10. yup, that is the 6 figure job I was referring to in an earlier post. Hired 3 guys as laborers knowing they were going to learn to weld. We paid for all their training and 18 months after hiring them they were pulling anywhere from $40-$50/hour depending on the type of job they were on. Great guys, 2 of which never finished high school and 1 that had a GED making almost double what I was with a college education. I don't regret college and I'm lucky to not have any student loans but it was a total crock
  11. Oil & Gas is the biggest and the one I have the most experience in. The other, which I may have misspoke and I'm not sure I should have classified it as an industry but pretty much any construction trade. It's difficult to find talented, reliable guys under the age of 40 right now.
  12. Ditto. I noticed but wasn't going to give you any credit as I felt it was the opposite of the hate you need to survive
  13. It's defintely not bad. I hate to be cryptic but I can divulge more in a week or two once all of them family and close friends know
  14. Why am I cursed of not being able to enjoy good news when it has an extra unexpected surprise along with it
  15. Yes, I'm the naive one. For every 1 of those people that want to work hard there are probably at least 10 more that just live off the system with seemingly no desire to do anything more. Furthermore I can think of at least 2 industries in Ohio where jobs are plentiful that pull minimum $18-$22/hr and you don't even need a high school education. All you need to do is pass a drug test, show up on time and put in the work you're asked of. In fact in one of those industries if you can do that and then want to move up the ladder then companies will pay for your training which will vault you in to a 6 figure position. I personally know 3 people who have done exactly this because I hired them
  16. and I have highlighted EXACTLY what the problem with this country is. Nobody wants to work hard for anything anymore and wants it handed to them. I also find your second sentence another major issue with this society. A significant part is on them and only some of the blame can be placed on "things out of their control". Nobody wants to take responsibility for their own shit, it's always the man keeping them down. Screw that, get a job hippies
  17. You said that people should actively make less money to pay less taxes if they don't like it. I'm saying if the poor don't like it they should make more money and pay taxes and see just how much people who do make a living and pay taxes are out of pocket because of their social programs and lazy asses. It's not a different topic. You just choose to want to blame everyone other than the people that perpetuate their own misfortunes
  18. No, you just make it sound as though it is impossible to better one's self due to "society, policies and history". I'm not going to waste my time on a bleeding heart because there are many, many examples of individuals who have come from a disadvantaged position in this country. I'd also argue that among those policies were ones created to help those disadvantaged folk by politicians of your ilk. Somehow though they have only enabled them to continue to be disadvantaged and not pursue the routes that made America so great back in the day. So tell me, why can't they see that some policies they put in place are broken and doing exactly the opposite of what the intentions were supposed to be? (psssst the answer is: Votes) So continue to believe that one side or the other is right and the other is wrong in a broken system. They all lie, deceive and prove hypocritical no matter what side of the aisle they are on. No politician gives a shit about you, me, or any other person for that matter. They just give a shit about their power and money and if you can't see that then I truly feel sorry for you
  19. Due to recent economic issues with both my wife and mines companies, I'm hopping on this train. Now only if he will pay off her student loans, pay our monthly cell phone bill and the medical costs associated with the pregnancy then birth of twins. We'll be set FEEL THE BERN BITCHES!!!
  20. and conversely if the poor did something like take primary education seriously to make it to secondary education and get a better job to make a pay raise they could enjoy the bounty that is airports, roads and the TSA. I hear it is totally worth it.
