  1. The old house we had a pack living in the woods across the lake from our yard. They never bothered me because they did not come down the path next to the lake that was only 1 house over so I left them alone. There was one time when the lake was frozen over and saw them walking out in the middle of it and hoped they'd fall right through but alas they did not. Only time they got messed with was when my wife got mad they were attacking a geese family in the spring. My wife was determined to save the geese (who coincidentally also shit in my backyard so I didn't care if they were exterminated) and started chucking rocks at the coyotes. I was happy to learn I was marrying a chick that didn't totally throw like a girl cause she nailed them a couple times from about 80-90ft out
  2. I never hated itunes until the last few updates. Every one it gets worse and worse and pisses me off
  3. Bingo. I don't care what species things are. If its a nuisance and poses any sort of issue to my way of life it can be exterminated and I give zero fucks. My motto: I'm higher on the food chain thus I make the rules. My wife is particulary terrible with this, like some sort of bleeding heart when it comes to all animals. Including the damn deer that shit all over my damn backyard
  4. Price wise my case is skimping like a son of a bitch because I think it was maybe $12? But because its not plastic it absorbs impact as opposed to the plastic ones that transfer the energy of the impact IMO. disclaimer - I don't know there to be actual scientific proof or theory behind what I just said. But it's worked for me so I consider it gospel
  5. That's cause people are generall moronic and don't know how to not do stupid shit. Or they buy overpriced junk plastic cases that don't protect worth a damn. I've now had 3 iphones and have used a belkin rubber case on all 3 and have dropped it tons of times and never once cracked a screen
  6. ...that's where I live
  7. damn my lazy ass already has second thoughts about letting the dog out in the new backyard by himself cause of the woods and this doesn't help. Granted I've yet to see anything other than deer and squirrels back there for the most part. Did see a Fox for the first time bolting out of the woods and across the street yesterday
  8. where the hell do you guys shop that still employ baggers? The only place I know of is Heinen's and they are too overpriced when balling on a budget
  9. Neither is superior if it turns in to a garage queen
  10. yup every giant eagle I've been to have a recycle container at the front of the store for plastic bags. I too use the plastic bags to take lunch to work and picking up dog crap
  11. i am struggling to justify buying the vfr back for less than I sold it in the spring. I don't know how I would every justify the Multi even though it would be a smoking deal
  12. You thinking of the right bike? It stranded me once when the stator died probably 4-5 years ago and in the spring it was a user error when the battery died because I didn't unplug the GPS while also not hooking up to the tender
  13. *insert obligatory Hookers and Blow comment*
  14. Some family issues arose so had to help take care of some things Sunday. Also, because I'm still racking my brain if I want to have that much cash tied up in it vs how much use it would get. Pretty much was the reason I sold it back in Spring. But seeing it again definitely made my heart flutter
  15. I also use a duffel bag from time to time. Have you thought about going that route even though its not something you're clearly considering but something I use so I feel the need to suggest it?
  16. the best part is I could still do the ride it to your house and show you the title in my name without spending a dime. This is tempting
  17. Neither paper or plastic is PC bro. Bring your own canvas bags and re-use them. And I thought you were a hippie

    Chain saws

It was somewhere near there before but not exactly sure. They've been on Broadview just south of Edgerton by the turnpike rest stop for probably the last 10 years
  19. This alone has almost pushed me to buy a bike this week and start a new "guess what it is" thread

    Chain saws

I bought those when I bought my first bike. Might need to drop a few lbs to get in to them though

    Chain saws

Getting a complete crash course so I'm sure that would be covered. I feel like a nerd being 30 having never used one before and thus not knowing anything about them but never had a need for one until now
  22. I'm an odd one. I don't dislike the C6 but it'd be like 4th on my list of generations of Vette

    Chain saws

Over the winter its going to State Sharpening for a tune up and sharpening for $35. And since they know me, he laughed and said he would throw in a free lesson
  24. the only thing that will change my mind on what car i would get is coming in to a large sum of money. And even then it just means getting a C7 instead of a C5
