    48÷2(9+3)=?

Good thing I just design the giant washing machines and rely on our controls guys to program the robots correctly so it is up to them to make sure that the parts go where they need to.
  3. Fine fine $10 a piece
  4. You, kawikid, ben, chevy, and the big foot is russ Now everyone give me $50
  5. Would be very easy to tint the window before installing it.

    48÷2(9+3)=?

    nope, that's how he is
  7. That sucks man, if I lived closer I would come help you out for nothing. Replacing a window isn't really all too hard but you do have to be careful to make sure the track is alright. I don't know about your car but for a lot of vehicles, the track/lifting cable is the weak point. I had a car broken in to and some stuff stolen and it makes you want to rip someones head off and have the fingers of all thieves cut off.

    48÷2(9+3)=?

that 288 is the answer that we have all decided upon

    48÷2(9+3)=?

Some people just can't admit that they might be wrong but this is where I stop arguing since everything that can be said has been said 50 times.

    48÷2(9+3)=?

I am a project engineer at 21 so I am a huge dumbass to get where I am. I bought a 7 year old house at 19 a brand new truck at 21 and started college at 16 and no my parents haven't paid for shit. Division is just the multiplication of a reciprocal, that is how they are the same weight.

    48÷2(9+3)=?

Pretty sure I'm younger than you and 288 is correct

    48÷2(9+3)=?

+1 if that is coming from a "top engineer" +1000000 I don't know why the hell he doesn't understand that but I guess that is what happens when you are kicking it sideways at 140 on your tuna No that is just scottie know it all engineer who either can't read or comprehend what has been posted about 50 times that just because it says PEMDAS, doesn't mean that the M & D and also the A & S can't be switched around since they hold the same weight. Jackass, this has nothing to do with a calculator at this point:confused:, go back and do the problem that I posted up and tell me what the answer is. It is about your order of operations that you are out of order on. And neither can you:nono:

    48÷2(9+3)=?

My reasoning behind posting that was because a lot of people are arguing that because of PEMDAS, it is multiplied and then divided which is not the case. That is what people can't get through their head that PEMDAS is the same as PEDMSA
  14. tyler524

    48÷2(9+3)=?

All you have to do is simplify the problem but it is no different when it comes to the argument of order of operations.

    48÷2(9+3)=?

Here is another one for you guys what is the answer to:
  16. tyler524

    48÷2(9+3)=?

I taste it on regular basis and im an engineer. Or maybe you just meant computer and software engineers, those guys are just big ass nerds. Multiplication and divison are the same, it's that simple. You can multiple the problem by taking 48*1/2(9+3) division is just multiplication by the reciprocal. One does not come before the other, PEMDAS is exactly the same as PEDMSA. What would the answer to 5÷2*10= ? Following your logic it would be 4 but it is not 4 it is 25... I don't understand why this is so hard for people.

    48÷2(9+3)=?

As well as many people with masters in their proffession are also wrong about many things. I think we are asking the wrong people here, ask a 2nd grade math teacher and see what you get.

    48÷2(9+3)=?

    Your right it isn't 48/2/(9+3)= 288 it is 48/2*(9+3)=288 48/2*(12)=288 48 / 2 = 24 * 12 = 288 If you wanted to you could change it all over do multiplication which would be: 48 * .5 * (9+3) = 288 48 * .5 = 24 24 * (9+3) = ......... still 288 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Order_of_operations I am an enginerd and I approve this message.
  19. tyler524

    48÷2(9+3)=?

I agree that division would be like a fraction except that you would have 48 over 2 which would be your fraction and then multiplied by 12. Look at that you were kind of right yet completely wrong you know that the answer is 288
  20. I would be running as a novice since this would be my first track day
  21. I bought a pair of A* gauntlet gloves so I have all of my gear but I would still have to prep my bike and drain my coolant. I do have a bottle of water wetter so that isn't a big deal but I still have to safety wire and everything else.....
