I noticed that also. I will go see/shoot it this weekend personally. Its a buddy of mine that has it so its not like im going to meet some stranger. I wont feel so bad if i have to bust his balls about it. When it comes to stuff i dont need or im not specifically looking for it hs to be a deal i cant pass up for me to buy it. So what are some of your thoughs on my original idea with the Mosin? -ATI scope mount kit -Barska 6.5-24x50mm scope -ATI Monte Carlo stock or if the budget allows thumb hole wooden ones. (cant remember the brand off hand) -Some sort of muzzle brake Assuming i can pick up a good shooting mosin off the rack.

So i've check gunbroker, armslist and some other places trying to get an idea how much to offer a guy for his rifle. What he has is a Ruger M77 Mark II Target in .300 win. mag. What i have found is the used prices vary alot. Originally i was wanting to make a polished turd out of a Mosin Nagant on a budget. Having $350 max in the Mosin. But since this deal has come up i would be better off just coughing up alittle more cash and have alot more rifle. He is asking $500 for it. Comes with 40 rds. and a nothing special scope. So what would be a far price and a hellava deal price. Also assuming the condition is like new. Weather permitting im going to go shoot it this weekend sometime.

I think what the problem is that no one feels they need to sacrifice to get the job done. Kinda like the war effort in the early 40's but a war on the country's debt. Our counrty sucked it up for 5 or so years during the war to do what was best for the counrty. Here are a couple ideas: -If you are unemployed you are now an employee of the sate to do infrastrucure work or whatever for your check. Untill you get a job. -If you have a job pay and extra percent to payoff the national debt. -Gov't to actually tighten its belt and cut frivolous crap Those are just a few ideas good or bad. Whether they would work or not who knows. Just an idea. Yeah it might suck for the time being but in the end we could put the whole debt deal behind us. You keep hearing we are "Giving this debt to our grandchildren" blah, blah, blah. I would assume that by the time my 2yr. old has children we could achieve this goal. Its been a pretty hot topic for what about 5yrs. now? So say Obama is out and Mitt for example is in next term. Do you think in four years he can get the slate clean? I dont think so. Or anyone for that matter. Now we are 9 or so years into dealing with this an the same problem is there. The people boot that president out and maybe it goes back to a Democrat. So now the pendulum continues to swing and nothing ever gets solved. I think its time just for the counrty as a whole to roll up there sleeves and actually pour 100% of our resources into the problem.

I think he is wanting to do this late Feb. early March. So i would assume that 99% of the people would drive thier car. Pfloydgad seems like the 1% thats hardcore enough to ride. Sure i would rather be able to ride to this but i dont see that happening around that timeframe. I am under the impression that we meet-greet-eat then head home. Or the Dixie strip tittie bars.

It seems that Little York Tavern has all the things were looking for. -Good Food -Full Bar -Plenty of parking -Enough room inside -Easy for all to get to (@ the 70-75 interchange) -Cincy, Lima and Columbus is about the same drive At some point we have to pick a place so Casper can set a date or whatever he has to do. Or this will turn into a where a good place to eat in the Dayton area thread and some will still be wondering why there isnt a Dayton meet and greet. I'm sure there are better places to eat but this place seems to fit the bill. Its not like were settling on Golden Corral.

Ok this happened about 12 years ago. I was living in an apartment in Tipp City. I had went fishing and caught a few catfish and brought them home to clean and eat. So i clean them and throw the heads, guts and what have you in a plastic bag. Then set it out in the trash on the back porch. Now i lived on the corner aprtment the was beside the drive that leads to the parking lot behind the building. The landlord was a real cunt about me keeping my back porch clean because you can see it when pulling in the parking lot. So anyway a couple summer days go by and the fish scraps are getting alittle ripe and trash day was still a few days away. I dont need the landlord bitchin about it or want the other tenants smelling it so i decide im going to get ride of them on my way to work the next morning. So the next morning i grab the bag with fish scraps in it, toss it in the back of my truck and take the back country roads to work. So out in the middle of nowhere i say fuck it im going to just toss'em here in the ditch. I hop out chuck'em in the ditch and head to work. Now here is where the sotry goes wierd. After work i come home to find that bag of fish guts on my back porch in the same exact spot. Like i had never took them with me in the morning. And there is no way anybody saw me that morning. It was still dark in the morning and there were no houses or cars around to see me do it. I still dont know how that bag made it back.

Also make sure your feet are under the covers. You dont want that monster under the bed to grab them.

Saw a guy when i was in Vegas doing that but on paper. Pretty impressive.

After about the second time you do any disc just put headphones in and jam to something else. Also you need more than an hour because after some excercises you still have to do Ab Ripper. I try to give myself 1.5hrs each. Tonight im going to start haging out with Tony Horton again myself.

Im looking for a used DVD player. I'm willing to invest up to $10 or just take it off your hands for free. I doesnt have to be anything special it just has to work. It would be even better if i could pick one up close to home. Ideally I dont really want to drive to BFE or have to deal with shipping when i can go to Wally or Meijer and pick up a new no-name for 20-25 bucks. So if anyone is local that has one laying around let me know.
