Ha it is cool. I may have someone here locally that can help me out. If worse comes to worse a I appreciate all the help thus far.

The bike emerged from the shed under it's own power. It actually started up really easily. I let it run and it idled for about 10 minutes. I rev'd it up and it shot a little flame out at top rpm. I assume it is probably running to rich but none the less it still idled well

I'm not wise to the whole forum game yet but I believe I sent you a pm with my ph#. Judging by your pic I would say you are a gun guy, as am I. Motorcycles and guns, both expensive hobbies that give you something cool to look at.

I'm sorry I don't know this Pauly you speak of? I'm not against paying someone to get everything in order. If he is reasonable and skilled I am down. I do live in Willoughby though like I said. I am originally from Bula and it saddens me that everyone out there is afraid to work on carbs for some reason. Idk what is up with that if you guys say it is as easy as you say it is.
-
$2-$250 would be reasonable and you are right it is regular mantenance. I am fully aware that through my own neglect I have boned myself. I don't have a garage and the bike rests in my shed. I guess if I had a place to work on it myself I would be more apt to give it a try. I will have to call around and see what is up. It needs other general mainenance to so someone skilled giving it the once over might not be bad a idea. I guess I need to stop being cheap... I keep hoping that I will bust it out and it will magically be fixed. Unfortunately, it hasn't happened yet.

Yes it does run better with the choke on. I have heard words that carb clean is like 3 to 4 bills if you pay someone to do it. I like my bike and all but realistically I don't know if it is worth putting that type of coin into a bike that is probably worth 15 to 2. This isn't a job I would attempt on my own because being completely honest I don't posses the skills or the time.

I put Stabil in it and have the battery on a tender. It does still have the issue. It sits over the winter just like any other bike in Ohio. I believe the carbs were sync'd about 5 seasons ago badly but it always ran fine. The only issue I can think of proceeding this is when in 1st gear it would sputter while not in the throttle and moving really slow.

Appreciate the suggestion but I was looking for someone more local as I don't have a truck/trailer and wouldn't feel comfortable riding the bike that far with it's issues. Thanks though.

Hello, Towards the end of the riding season last year my bike had some issues staying running at an idle. It would try and stall out when at rest or at stop lights. I assume the problem is probably with carbs as they haven't been synced or cleaned in a very long time. Or the problem may be linked to needing new spark plugs. I turned the idle pin just to see if this would mike a difference and it just made the bike idle higher but it still wanted to quit. Also, when I would be in motion the bike seemed under powered from where it was the last few riding seasons. The moral of the story is I live in Willoughby and do not have the mechanical ability to address this problem. I dont' want to pay a million dollars for someone to the work because the bike simply isn't worth that much. Does anyone have a suggestion for a good shop in the area? Thanks!

I gave this guy a call. $200. Even with lifetime warranty it still seems a bit pricey. Maybe I am just just being to cheap. Idk.
-
I will def. give them a call and see what is up.

Where did you have this done?

Firefly Vodka and some cheap convenient lemonade drank. More of a beer fan but I like his combo.

Hello, I was just wondering if the folks on here knew any good window tinting places in the Willoughby northeast Ohio area? Looking to get the windows done on my car and I don't want to get boned. I have heard words that Solar Solutions is pretty good but they quoted me $230. F that. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks guys, did the recs from both jblosser and casper and free'd up about 3gb worth of space. I don't really understand how I have nearly 15gb filled up ont he C drive though. The only programs to speak of that are on there are adobe, office pro, and itunes. All my porn and music is on the D: drive.
-
Thanks guys. I am not wise to the whole itunes thing. I was used to having a drag and drop flash mp3 player. So even though my music folder is on the D drive it is still going to show on the C drive because the music is in my itunes library?
-
Hello, I have an older Sony Vaio desktop. It has a partioned hard drive where about 15gb makes up the C drive and the other 105gb makes up the D drive. For some odd reason my music is on the D drive for obvious reasons, but my itunes library is on the C drive which uses almost all of it. I have hardly any programs on my computer minus office and a couple of antivirus and spyware programs. With this being said I have only about 252mb of freespace on the C drive. I have ran the disk cleaner and all that good stuff. I have went through and deleted all my unused programs. I guess my question is what else can I do and is there any way to allow more space to be used for my C drive? My D drive has like 90gb of free space.

Talk about dumb wrecks, what about last year when team Dart was celebrating and rolled their car over. Show is pretty entertaining but I think a lot is scripted. The best parts of the show are the times between the challenges, when the contests show how dumb they are like the 2 girls in the Lexus. 2 dumb dirt whistles they are. I will watch and I am betting on team Lambo or Challenger win. All the other cars are to unreliable or there navigators are not good enough to win.

This was the point I was trying to make in the post about the Yankees. The Yankees always have the most talent in baseball on paper but even they don't win the World Series every year. The Cavs definitely have more talent this year than any year in the past, I guess what we are all arguing over is that if it will translate into a better showing in the playoffs. Tonight will be a descent example of how the team is progressing with Jamison, when they take on the Celtics. I guess it won't be a true showing because Pierce isn't supposed to play.
-
Not worth wasting your breath over my man. The Cavs could win a NBA title and D bag mcgee here would say they are still not as good as previous years. Some people just will never admitt they are wrong because it is the only thing in their sad little lives they have control over.

Big Z got the buy out today hopefully he will be back in Cleveland in 30 days!
-
You are contradicting yourself. You say in prior posts that they are a worse team this year because their regular season record isn't as good. Now you are saying that nothing they do before the playoffs matters and you resort to name calling. Stop trying to argue for the sake of arguement because you are starting to sound like the fucking moron.
-
What Bad324 os saying is making sense to me, but even though it is very logical Todd#43 will still argue with you. The facts are Cleveland is a good team, but it takes chemistry to win in the NBA. They will struggle just like the did at the beginning of the season with Shaq. They were amazing before the all star break but now with Jamison they will be forced to struggle again until they get everything right. Honestly, I don't think they will win a championship without Z coming back or getting another true center. Diesel plays strong but his tank gets empty fast and he gets into foul trouble quick. Having Z come off the bench was clutch and added a whole other dynamic to the team. Hopefully Z comes back and they continue to grow as a team, in that case they will go deep into the playoffs.
-
For sure, maybe one day we will grow up and always be right and be as whitty as Todd#43. I started the thread to hear everyone's opinion on trade not to argue about your opinion of the Cavs. If I agree with you would you still continue to argue with everyone? Probably...that is one thing we can be certain of.
-
If memory serves me right they have taken 2 out of 3 from Orlando this year. This means that in a playoff series they would be a better team. I do agree with you that some teams are better on paper than they really are. Look how much talent the Yankees have and they still don't win the World Series every year. But, unlike basebell meshing with your teammates is a million times more important in basketball. Team chemistry and coaching will be key for the Cavs. Like I said I won't get excited until the playoffs start and we will see where they are at then.
