  1. I agree 100%. I was a freshman in college when Facebook took off and now my 50 y/o relatives have it. I am against the Facebook and deleted my account 4 years ago. My friends and I call it the stalker network. I suppose if I was single and lonely I would still have it. Lol
  2. **Post Edited** I should have mentioned this before but the bike has a CLEAR TITLE.
  3. It is good that the boy protected his familly but unfortunately if the intruder dies it will probably mess him up for the rest of his life. Then again maybe it won't.
  4. I am not familiar with the are but is it close any college campuses? Generally the students would rather live off campus instead of being in the dorms. A buddy of mine has a big shack close to CSU and CWRU. He never has trouble finding students to rent from him. Idk if you want to deal with dbaggery of having students living with you but food for thought.
  5. If you have a nice pit bike and slightly more cash maybe we could talk. lol. Thanks for the offer!
  6. Thanks I appreciate it guys. I am negotiable on the price but I feel it is hard to find a running sport type bike for less than $1750 and most are over 15 years old.
  7. No love? Come on guys it is obo. The worst I could say is no. I really don't want to deal with Craisglist or Ebay.
  8. Did anyone else picture Dawn of the Dead while reading the last part about the Asain Street Thugs? None the less, very entertaining.
  9. Hello, I have decided to sell my bike and possibly move onto a Vrod or a Victory Vegas next year. Before everyone states the obvious, yes the bike is beat to shit cosmetically but is mechanically sound. This is the only place I have the bike listed for now as I do not want to deal with the BS of Craigslist or Ebay at this time. 2001 Yamaha YZF600R 14,000 miles Yoshimura RS-3 Exhaust KN Air Filter Michelin Pilot Power Tires Memphis Shades Windscreen Undertail Kit with Integrated Turn Signals HID Headlight ****** CLEAR TITLE ****** Price $2000 OBO or I will trade for a nice pit bike plus cash. ****** http://s1166.photobucket.com/albums/q619/jayjie15/ ****** My name is JJ and you can call or text at FourFourZero-EightOneThree-7669
  10. I just sampled some home made "moonshine" recently myself. From what I understand it is Bacardi 151 based. He called it Apple Pie. You boil cinnamon sticks, apple cider, sugar, and apple juice then mix it with the Bacardi and chill it. It tasted amazing and crept up on you like a hero.
  11. My neighbor rev's up his ancient HD every morning around 6am. It is pretty sweet when it is on Saturdays as well let me tell you. Once I lay my head down I don't want to be woken up until I have to be.
  12. ^^^ It appears your cat approves of the work you have done thus far. Very nice work. It will be something to be proud of when you finish it.
  13. http://www.ohioriders.net/showthread.php?t=93599 This may come in handy here soon. Seriously though, why would you leave the bar on the motor?
  14. I was do for a upgrade on a new phone back in November. Even if I chose a phone that did not include a data plan they would not let me upgrade without changing to one of their tier plans. I decided to just purchase phones on fleabay or clist from then on. I don't believe I am in contract now because my previous 2 year contract has expired. Do you think this will cause my plan/bill to change?
  15. ^^This^^ I have been with Verizon since '04. I do not intend to ever get a iphone or droid based smart phone that requires a data plan. I have unlimited text/data right now and for 4 phones my bill is $130/month. If I were to upgrade it would be $30 more /smart phone /month.
  16. *Update* Everything is done minus the carb sync and the bike seems to be running smoother. The plugs and air filter were not in the best of shape. My neighbor also changed the coolant to as this looked pretty bad upon inspection. From what I understand I would need a carburetor synchronizer tool to complete the job. I have looked these guys up online and they appear to be anywhere from $75 to $100. Does anyone know if there is a place that rents these, or can you suggest a better alternative? I suppose I could buy it and resell it after use for almost the same price. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!
  17. Very cool gun. It is nice when the ladies change things up and buy something for us every once in a while. How much did that guy set you back if you don't mind me asking?
  18. The guy said they would still be open Mon-Sat until 5 I believe. The store looks like it is closed because there are no bikes and hardly anything in the show room. All the parts and gear are in the back where they always have been. They also have maybe 30 various new tires as well.
  19. Idk if anyone has posted this yet but Full Throttle Yamaha in Eastlake is closing for good. They have about 20 used bike for sale at descent prices but they also have tons of gear and parts that they are offering at cost. I didn't really look closely at everything because I wasn't in the market for anything but they have tons of jackets and helmets. I just thought I would throw this out there for anyone interested. They are open to just liquidate their inventory.
  20. Ah cool. I just moved out this way about 3 years ago but I used to live on 167 in Jefferson. I kind of miss the freedom of living in the country but don't miss having to drive 20 minutes to go to the grocery store.
  21. Lol, true. Where abouts in 'Bula do you live?
  22. UPDATE- Put the Sea Foam in and have been riding the bike around for the past week or so. It is running descent but I don't feel it is still as reliable as it has been in the past. I still get the feeling when standing at a stop sign or light that the bike is going to quit and not start again. I do not like this feeling. I spoke words with my neighbor who is very mechanically inclined and he is going to clean/sync the carbs, change the oil and air filter, change the plugs, and also put a new back brake rotor on. I feel that after all of this is done my terd should be 100%. I appreciate everyones help and suggestions thus far. It is nice to see that the d baggery is kept to a minimum here.
  23. Great minds think alike sir. Lol. I already purchased a can of Sea Foam and am going to give it a try when I get home from work.
