As my bike was warming up this morning outside the garage I notice a nice little puddle of gas forming below the bike. I take a look around and notice that it's coming out of what seems like some kind of overflow tube? I did a little research on cbrforum and some people there are saying it could possibly be a stuck float in the carbs. I've never done any carb work, so is this something I can fix without taking everything apart? Or if anyone would be willing to come help me out (or I could come to you), I pay cash, booze, cigs, etc. What do you think? thanks guys and gals.

So one of my buddies is selling his bike since he's moving soon and I decided to jump on the opportunity to buy my first higher-end helmet and take his Arai off of him. I'm pretty pumped.

Seagram's 7 and 7-up with a splash of grenadine and dash of lime juice. You'll never see the floor coming. I either pregame with that or simple crown and coke, but I also have a stash of Crown from all my trips to duty-free stores. 7 and 7's are cheaper.

You should've pulled the battery out and put it on a tender for the winter. I'd do that now. See if it'll hold a charge.

2nd bike, 2nd winter...had it on a tender all winter out in the garage. It ran fine the first few days I've had it running this year. I've got a couple things in mind that I'm gonna check out when I get home from work tonight.

So went out to start the bike today and when it didn't turn over on the first click, I obviously tried again and then I hit the starter it sounded like the battery was drained and the headlight got really dim. Everytime I turned the key and tried again it kept getting worse. Do I need a new battery? What's the deal?
