I swear to go they distribute DERP pills on CR some days. His point is, this is why fast cars get things enforced, like say A CAGE,HELMETS, FIRE SUITES which can save your life in an accident like this. This way when someone has more car than skill, and they screw up, they won't have to scrape pieces of him for an 1/8th of a mile. Their organs will be politely contained in 1 bag.

It's that blue painting tape, it leaves no residue. Trust me, I wouldn't apply it if was going to do anything to the paint.

For those on the fence, let me tell you from a newb perspective, you won't find a better group of guys willing to give you rides, ride with you, and provide advice and guidance. There were no snobby uptight buttholes wondering around, just a bunch of guys having fun and helping each other. Regardless of what you drive, you'll have fun and get lots of help.

FYI, Alot of the older ZF Auto's of that era had 2 part trannies, ATX Components w/ ATF & the Transaxle w/ gear oil. The Transaxle doesn't hold much though....:fuuuu: Good luck!

It will auto shift at redline. Just have to hold it down until desired speed is reached.

Stayed in 2nd gear the whole time. Excepting the launch,which is glorious, dsg played a minimal role.
