  16. I hear you man. I've been doing leg press lately without a belt and that's starting to get to me. Will need to pick one up shortly.
  17. Figured I'd start a lifting/workout thread since it's wintertime and that's something to do when it's cold. I've been hitting the gym constantly since last spring, and I figured that we could see where everyone stands. This could also be a gains/planning/advice thread as well. We could follow this mold: -height/weight -bench weight -squat weight -deadlift weight -other lifts (cleans, dips, etc.) -any gains that you have made, plans you have, things you want to do, supplements taken, etc. List the reps that you do at the weights you list as well. Pics can be posted as well. I'll start: -6'2"/185-190lbs -215lb bench (1 rep) -225lb squat (4-5 reps awhile ago) -275lb deadlift (4-5 reps) -175lb cleans (5-6 reps) -500lb leg press (3 reps) I started out last spring at 175lbs, skinny and weak. I could barely bench 135lbs and was struggling and scrawny. I started working out at the Advantage Club in Newark with Calvin Miles, and he turned me around. I have been taking Celltech creatine since summer, and have seen massive gains from it. I am trying to maintain now through indoor/outdoor track seasons and will begin gaining more once football lifting starts. I am looking to get to 200+ pounds for football season. 205lbs seems like a pretty realistic goal. Lets see what you guys have got. I know you can do better than my scrawny ass.
