  1. Honda B-series BOM manifold: A few miscellaneous manifold welds:
  2. 60mm wastegate conversion on a forward facing Honda manifold: 4-1 collectors, large, small, 321SS, and 304SS:
  3. 2JZ-GTE twin turbo manifolds in 321SS: Silverado T6 LSX crossover I did last year back for a twin 44mm wastegate conversion: And another shot of my new manifold, turbo, and exhaust setup, because it looks cool:
  4. For sale are my GT4708 and T6 tri-Y exhaust manifold from my old setup. I'm changing to a promod 94 setup, so it's time for these parts to go. GT4708 The turbo is a cast wheel, journal bearing unit. The turbine housing is an open scroll 0.96 A/R housing. I made 1001whp with this turbo with plenty of room to grow. The turbine housing has provisioning to mount a Turbosmart 60mm wastegate on it. This setup works incredibly well, holding anywhere from 15psi up to 45psi flawlessly. The turbo does not smoke or have any shaft play; it's ready to go on your car and make big power. $1,000 + shipping BP Autosports Tri-Y Exhaust Manifold The manifold is the first one of my tri-Y units, and is off of my personal car. It has one season of racing on it, and has no cracks or other issues. It is built out of schedule 10 304SS, and was back purged, so there is no internal oxidation that could break off and go through the turbo. This manifold has no wastegate provisioning on it, as it was used with my GT4708 with the wastegate mounted on the turbine housing, but I can add whatever wastegate provisioning you'd like at no additional cost. $1,000 + shipping Prices are OBO. Please PM me with any questions/offers
  5. I won't be able to make it, but I've worked with Tommy during two of my Mid-Ohio classes. He's an incredible driver, and, as stated in this thread, a hell of a character. Enjoy, everyone!
  6. A few from IFO this past weekend, with Sean's DSM making an appearance:
  7. April 23rd at National Trail Raceway. We'll be there all day.
  8. Silver's new exhaust; some assembly required: One of two 2JZ twins setups I've been building: And Silver in her current glory (minus some carbon parts), getting ready to go on display this Sunday, April 23rd at the spring Columbus Import Faceoff. We're setting up a vendor booth there, so if you're in the area, feel free to stop by, chat, and check out the products we have on display:
  9. 2JZ-GE manifold completed: 2JZ manifolds of multiple flavors: Local Integra custom T3 manifold: I also took a couple days to build the new manifold for my car. It's a 321SS billet collector TiAL GT55/PTE Promod V-band flanged manifold with stepped primaries and full stainless construction. I've wanted to build one of these manifolds for quite some time, and finally acquired the turbo to do it. I'm very happy with how the manifold came out, and I can't wait to hear what it sounds like: In addition to building parts, BP Autosports also has a new office and staff. Some of you may know Sean Paine for his insane 1G DSM, and he is now working with me here. With Sean joining the team, we'll now be offering roll cage building, full milspec wiring harnesses, and performance parts sales/installs. Contact either myself (Alex@bpautosports.net) or Sean (Sean@bpautosports.net) to schedule with us, or to get a quote!
  10. Thanks for your kind words. I haven't before, but I'm more than able to. Shoot me a PM and we can discuss further.
  11. They end where you see them. We left them like that should anything need to be mounted to them under the dash.
  12. 321SS 2JZ-GTE Gen-R: 2JZ-GE NA-T 304SS twin scroll collector:
  13. Lots of updates, so let's get started. Tube nose/engine bay restoration/new cage for the racecar: S2000 manifold program development. This particular unit is a 321SS piece:
  14. When your buddy and you get bored, why not restore your car's engine bay and prep it for a tube nose? These pics are over the course of the past three days. The main tube nose bar will go in this week as well: The only progress not pictured is boxing the frame rails, but that's pretty self explanatory.
  15. Plumbing on the big twins Supra all done:
  16. 4" titanium downpipe/O2 housing/whatever for my partner in crime's 42R DSM:
  17. Thin wall 321SS 2JZ-GE Gen-R manifold with individual EGT bungs: Evo forward facing manifold: They're friends:
  18. They're forged stainless elbows, that's just what they look like after polishing. They always have some texture to them.
  19. Some pics from a private label job I'm working on. I can't post pics of the parts in their entirety, but weld detail pics are fine:
  20. Honda collector: More of the big twins Supra: Finished Honda manifold: And my Christmas gift/pun:
  21. All motor Honda racing is nuts. That's a "big block" K-series, and it's not uncommon for those cars to make that power. They've gone 8s in motor cars, they're some of the most wicked up setups out there. Everything the guy says in the video makes sense, and they're using the best of the best throughout, so the power number he states makes sense.
