I would just be patient. Shits always showing up on kawiforums for a third the cost of what it is new. Many people have used the Chinese fairings with no probs. If you're not a member if kawiforums then join.
You can find a new painted set for $750. OEM leftside rear set is about $80ish. Hope your forks not bent and everything else is straight...most of all glad to hear your safe and still posting. If you were closer Id do it, but im out of touch for about a week or so.
Wed is the best day to ride. Highs in the mid 80s and no percentage of rain according to weather.com. 40% Rain Fri with 10% on sat and sun. I think Ill definitely be out wed for a bit... I can too long.
Its all good man. People on the internet are assholes cuz we're bored. Its better to ask and know then have some misfortunate accident and wind up in the fallen riders section. Chains are a bit more difficult to work on since there are specialized tools needed. Theres alot of guys here that are pretty nice and have the tools, if theyre close wouldnt mind helping out. I just dont happen to be one of them. Sorry. *Meant I didnt have the tools...not that im not a nice guy.
Not yet. Probably heading to Eclipse in Columbus next month or so depending on the funds. Its either track days or tint job...which I normally drive top down anyways.
www.sprocketcenter.com They have great package deals for a supersprox stealth rear, DiD chain, and front sprocket. Awesome customer service too. I had to change the shipping address and the order with no hassles.
Instead of dinner why not have copius amounts of alcohol to end a day? Dayton sucks to come back to anyways. 3-4 guys spilttung a hotel rm would be about 30 bucks.
I'm down if anybody else is for an overnighter in Columbus. I can get a MIL rate for a hotel rm. Always wanted to ride hocking or thru sheep fucking coshocton
