  1. What do you plan to do with it? How do you see yourself using it? What do you want out of a 20"+ barrel, that a 16" will not do for you?
  2. I love stuff like that. My reality is, if there are wires involved, I tend to get my ass kicked by it.
  3. 250 rounds for $72.xx http://www.freedommunitions.com/HUSH-9mm-147-gr-RN-New-p/fmh9r147n-b0250.htm Other quantities http://www.freedommunitions.com/9mm-Luger-Ammunition-s/1818.htm?searching=Y&sort=13&search=hush&show=10&page=1 Also, if you go through their site, I was able to get 1000rnds of 124gr, shipped for $208.
  4. F^%$, that is way past what I'm willing to, or knoiw how to do. Made me realize something else I like about the wifi openers. Blue tooth and traditional openers have a range limit. I have a 250 drive way and have to almost pull up to my garage right now, before the clicker activates it. Wifi will fix that.
  5. I like it, Tim. I had never seen one that does that. Great feature.
  6. For people with attached garage's, how many lock the door from the house to the garage? Many people don't.
  7. Another factor to keep in mind for some people, is if you have a detached garage, does you wifi signal reach it? I installed a signal amplifier over the weekend, because I'm hit and miss on signal strength there. I have a wifi thermostat out there and from time to time I would go to use it and not have signal. Now I have full signal and can stream vids in the shop tv. And, of course have a reliable wifi garage opener. Here is what I used. http://www.amazon.com/NETGEAR-AC750-Gigabit-Extender-EX6100/dp/B00HHRP11C/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1418697046&sr=8-1&keywords=NETGEAR+AC750+WiFi+Range+Extender+EX6100+-+Wireless+network+extender&pebp=1418697051407 It was a little past what I know for setting up. But, Howard looked at it and it was pretty easy for him. No hard wire needed. Basically get it to talk to your router and go plug it in where it can get your router's signal, and it will push it out further.
  8. I think I agree with this. I like them for back up lights, and the fog lights right now.
  9. For me, no more bringing the opener from the car inside the house. I park in the detached shop. Combined with the other features mentioned for remote access, I like the ease of use. Also, if someone breaks into your car and takes the remote, now they have access.
  10. And that is exactly why I like this. I don't like a network where I buy their gear, then have to pay a monthly fee to access it, when it's basically my appliance at that point. This is all part of home automation, but very easy to do just this one peice by itself.
  11. There are several companies out there now with this abilaty. I looked into a few and thought I would share some findings here. My last car had homelink, a built in garage door opener to the mirror. A new homelink system is $250-400 by the time it's installed. I could just get another door remote, but I also wanted a feature to check if the garage door was open if I was not home that had an app I could use to close it remotely. Also, I believe they are updating MYQ to give notifications if the door is open after a certain time. For instance, you could set it to notify you between 9am and 4:30pm and 11pm to 7am, if the door were opened. NEXIA: I have their wifi thermostat for the house. There is a bridge option to get the wifi garage door opener. You can do a bridge and one outlet item for free on their system. This is CRAP, it then will cost you $9.99 a month to have any other items. I'm not paying $10 a month to open my garage. Cost is $66 for the bridge and about $95 for the wifi unit, + monthly fee. LIFT MASTER MYQ: http://www.amazon.com/LiftMaster-888LM-Security-Upgrades-Previous/dp/B00B8BFG0O/ref=sr_1_11?ie=UTF8&qid=1418662904&sr=8-11&keywords=lift+master This is where I stopped looking. There were a few others I had looked at and I just don't feel like posting them. This systems seems to have very good ratings and easy of install and use. For me, I feel this will cover all I'm looking for. There are a couple good vids out there, I'm just not able to link them right now. Once I'm up and running, I'll update this. Anyone running something like this off another system, or have this?
  12. Looking forward to seeing how Austrailia reacts to this. I sent 5 weeks there, and they are a very act now country.
  13. I have him Scott. Thought I pm'd back. Are you not seeing a PM?
  14. There is a conversion for the correct application. Either the H10, or I'm seeing H11 for the CTS-V. I don't know what year you have though.
  15. I got you on the list Rick. We might be able to get 1 or 2 more people in this class. Post here or PM me if interested.
  16. Just ordered back up and fog lights in LED. I will do Before and after pic's. 4 bulbs came to $67 shipped. Biggest concern is how hot are these LED's? I don't want the heat to mar the clear lenses for running lights or fog lights. Very curious how they will look reflecting off snow.
  17. Thanks Andy. Did you see me somewhere? I was probably just moseying along a a boring pace. I'm messing with trying to maximize MPG. I'm up to 23.4 MPG for city driving. That's on the Stage 2+, 93 oct map. The wing just makes me feel guilty. I know how I want to drive. There's just no way I'm getting away with anything when I have a wing on my car.
  18. I'm looking to do the CF above plate too, along with the side STi marker. Help me find a WRX trunk to swap.

That sucks! Sorry to hear that. How long ago did that happen?
  20. Our asses look the same now, Ben.
  21. Here's the site I'm finding to have the best options for my car. Good info lay out. https://www.superbrightleds.com/cat/led-vehicle-replacement-bulbs/
  22. In the past I have gone direct to the manufactures for parts, like Cobb, Grimmspeed, and Nameless. Some how I overlooked the website, RALLY SPORT DIRECT (RSD). On cyber Monday I ordered a few things from Grimmspeed's site, but saw not cyber deal. I called them and asked if they were running any. They said that being the manufacture, they don't. Then they told me about RSD, and that they were doing a cool cyber Monday sale. Grimmspeed cancelled my order for me with no hassel. So I log on to RSD find all the same parts, save $80, and get free shipping. Fast forward to today, I still don't have my parts, so I call them. Seems the shipping cmpany sent them back, saying my address doesn't exist. We checked the address, and it was correct. I tell the guy I'm scheduled to get the car tuned early next week and need what is in the shipment. He says no problem, I'm sending you another order right now. Keep in mind, they still don't have the "wrong address" order back to them from the shipping company. They did what was needed to take care of the customer. Check them out. If they have parts for your car, they are good to do business with. http://www.rallysportdirect.com/
  23. Good to hear. That unit I linked can do natural gas or propane, FYI. I have it set up to a WIFI thermostat and just turn it on 10 minutes before I head out there.
  24. ^^ Aaron covered. it. The only thing I see, is if the market gets more competition with car's like this, MAAAAAAAAybe that can get thnk I want to be price down. But the corners have to be cut somewhere for that, and I don't think I want to be in the car with the lowest price at that point.
