  1. I will add what is nice about the projector lights at night. I have had people pull over for me. The way the light is ripped apart it catches mirrors just right and looks like police behind you.

  2. I have one too. What was stated above and the rear wheel bearing. I have heard horror stories so keep it serviced. Other than that stuff its a wonderfull bike. Very comfortable for long or short rides.

  3. Brother has a Titan, it's a super nice truck. But I do believe the hunt will begin for a Tundra. I just can't find enough solid complaints about the Tundra. Most seem to be user error.

Like my 4 wheel low doesn't work and now my trucks broke. But I engaged it at 35 mph. Nope not broke your an idiot and the truck shut itself down. Now the actuator does go bad but if you throw it in 4 high on occasion your good.

Thanks for the opinions folks. Very suprized at the lack of debate on this one.

Now which one of you Mopar guys wants to pay way too much for a RT Magnum.

  4. 2007-2013 Toyota Tundra or Nissan Titan. I have family members with both, and I do like them both equally.

I have checked the forums for both and it really seams to be a toss up of fanboi bashing. So if you have either of these trucks your two cents would be much appreciated.

  5. Will be eyeing this thread. Need to see what kind of workload the wife has for Friday. If she is stupid busy I'm down for some riding. Beats holding the couch down.

If she isn't very busy and gets done with work quickly we will probably cruise around together a bit.

  6. Yes rain gear more useful than just In the rain. Chilly morning or late night ride, doubles as a wind proof layer. It even fits in a tank bag or tail bag and doesn't take up much if any room. I always have it with me.

Be leary of the cheap ones they will shred themselves quickly at highway speeds.

  7. After looking at the pics of what gets done you are looking at some very pricey work. If that gear is hardened EDM (sinker) is the best method. If not hardened it could be done on a bridgeport. What you need to know are hole sizes, depth of the counter bore, and the angle at which they are put in.

Unfortunately I can't do any government work at my current job.
