  1. Sounds like an Ingress ride is in order for next year.
  2. They have firehouses all over the game. Schools are definatly a no go we tried. But some stadiums and playgrounds make it. Historical markers make it in I know Ingress had changed quite a bit in the last year I just don't spend a lot of time playing any more.
  3. Submit your own portals. Churches, landmarks, fire stations, and town signs are the easiest to get. Once you get rolling shit gets addicting. Excellent game for just being out and about on your bike. You should check the Ingress website map there are more portals than your phone shows by a long shot. Wife and I have turned our village into a nice little farm. Damn need to get out and play again now.
  4. I've heard some inspiring music this past week. Better drag a guitar out and relearn how to play.
  5. I have a coworker who is "A plan" with Ford. 20% discount on new vehicles 3-5 times a year. Found this out after purching wifes Fusion. Will definatly be using that in the next couple years when its my turn for a new vehicle. Find a ford employee or exemployee and offer them a grand for thier discount.
  6. 20th is lathe/mill/UG master flash. Would out do anyone by having someone else do the work. One of the perks of his position. But seriously 20th knows his way around a lathe and a mill. He has probably done, or was party too dumber on both.
  7. This. About the same amount of work on a lathe. You would be amazed how far out of concentricity that wheel could be. On the mill you would only be dealing with the side being cut. be specific with your instructions when you get it done. Like what you want "zero" to be. And what you want that face being milled parallel to. If I was still at my old job I would be able to help you out. I had the freedom to do that kind of stuff. New job not so much.
  8. I would start emailing Triumph dealers. You wil pay a premium for it too I'm sure.
  9. http://www.exede.com/internet-packages-pricing/service-availability?zip=45359 Used to make parts for parent company.
  10. I was listening to an interview on npr with a woman training folks about to go to Africa to treat people there. She pointed out mistake after mistake these people were making. A few even made it into the treatment area without being fully covered. Most mistakes are made taking the ppe off. Can't touch the outside of your stuff bare handed. Basically she stated that your small mistakes turn into bigger problems trying to keep from getting infected. Most of the mistakes are made without realizing you have done them. These measures of protection are by no means routine yet here. I see more hospital staff catching the disease as we treat more people.
  11. Yes it will. But first the planet will wipe us humans off its surface. Or some other natual disater that will blacken the sky so the planet will cool and most life will die off.
  12. http://m.whio.com/news/news/local/breaking-kilkare-raceway-closes-unexpectedly/nhbX6/ I wonder why. Any thoughts.
  13. NOFX - Freedom Lika Shopping Cart (with lyrics): Yes, and double on Mondays.
  14. No you are not screwing up more or worse than a new rider. It is what it is. I couldn't tell you the number of mistakes I've made. I just try to recognize them and correct them as best I can. But also having people that are going to be dependant on me for life keeps me from going full moron on the bike to. Hence I need to do a track day. I don't want to find the line I just want to get real close to it.
  15. I like the idea of sneaking a photo into the museum and making it seem like part of the display.
  16. The only thing I would like to see no matter what happens is that the first stop stay 15-30 min out from the start. That way folks can move groups rather quickly.
  17. I had a great time yesterday. Kudos to the organizers and ride leaders. It was great putting names with faces. Millstone was an excellent choice for post ride meal. I was thoroughly exhausted by the time I got home and would do it all over again.
  18. This has been around for a long time at the buy here pay here level. Worked with a fool that every other monday he couldn't leave for lunch because he didn't make his payment on friday. His payment was $350 biweekly. Yeah thats a ton of money but his Pathfinder would have been paid for in two years. That is he had not lost his job.
  19. Yeah that would be fine. And I will have all the bags on the bike to store extra clothes as they come off if needed.
