From everything I've encountered on the forums, its always seemed as if Moose has exhibited (at least verbally) some of the most sound and good judgment out of anyone making comments on how they ride. I trust that Moose's judgment is much better than mine. Period. Especially coupled with all the extra years of experience he has on me. What I wanted to convey was that I think I have enough good judgment of my own to get ME through, meaning that I'm confident I won't be pushing any limits, whether reasonable or not, and I won't be testing the outer limits of my riding abilities. That's not saying other riders haven't done that themselves. It's only saying that I believe and I'm sure that I will act with good judgment.... So are we all good?! I'm not one to want to hurt any feelings if it's completely unnecessary.... Unless they're JRMMiii's feelings that he feels the need to share b/c its his time of month again!

Well knowing that definitely helps! I guess it all depends whether I can get the Momz to agree to come out to look at it. If I can get her there and it looks like just as good of a deal as it seems then I'm pretty sure she'll be serious about jumpin on it....

I did hear about quite a bit of gravel in the turns around and in Coshocton.... So I'm keeping that in mind. And I'm gonna try to do a pre-trip scouting mission of most of the more technical parts before Saturday rolls around. I'm gonna have my shit together and I'm gonna be READY!

Yes I have my endorsement, and what was said before, the price is a little high, especially considered it's had major repairs after what sounds like a fairly serious wreck. I guess I'll just have to see it in person and talk with him.

^ This is awful advice! Never let the bitch get the upper hand. And NEVER make her think you care about her for more than her female parts and her willingness to let you play with them! My girlfriend was kinda nervous the first time she hopped on back, but ever since she's always asking me to take the bike when we go out. So far, as long as its not raining and the roads aren't wet she'll ride with me, regardless of even the temp (she has no problem with a 45 minute long highway ride in high 30 degree weather.... So.... Get her a bike that she'll ride regularly.... or get rid of HER!

Now I don't wanna start a flame war and another heated discussion that can barely be linked back to the original intention/post of the thread, so I'll come out and say this happens EXTREMELY often in this country and it is a problem. I'm all for a greater emphasis and importance put on illegal immigration and border crossing along with doing something about the problems still being created by illegal aliens that have resided in this country for over a decade in some cases. HOWEVER, whether it was your intention or not.... I'm gonna say that it seems slightly provocative to post something like that ^, which could be taken as if you were makign a prejudiced, racially bigoted, general and broad statement that this is ALWAYS the case (or at least 99% of the time). Just to be fair.... I don't think this was ever meant to be terribly exclusive. I think the purpose was more to attract latino riders to meet up and ride with each other in addition to others (presumably "others" meaning those who are not of latin american background). If you're not part of the small and concentrated communities of Latinos in Cleveland its somewhat hard to find each other within OH. I'm gonna go out on a limb and say that latino_riders_ohio didn't mean that ONLY latinos could participate in this ride. So flame on if you want, but that's just how i see it/feel.
