  1. I'm trying to remember who drove this car... Does anybody know who drove this car and where I remember it from? Hmmm
  2. When comparing the differences between Grand Tourers and Sports Cars, from a streetable aspect, it all comes down to size, power delivery, and suspension. A "GT Car" envisions somthing big (not massive, but big), powerful and having a more cushy suspension. Think Maserati's. Sports Cars tend to have stiffer suspensions, be smaller or more geared towards a chassis/body that's function over form (the aerodynamics on a corvette, which are aesthtically pleasing are really there for performance reasons, i.e. downforce, drag, handling, etc.). Examples (in my opinion) of a GT Car: Bentleys, Rolls Royces, Maserati's All powerful cars, no one can deny, but meant for a more comfortable experince Examples of a Sports Car: Corvette, just about any Porsche, Ferrari Cars more aligned with a track enthusiast which can remain streetable
  3. Glad I'm not the only person who saw that and laughed. That's still 400lbs more than my heavy 4-banger.
  4. Me thinks that they implemented a new tail light design a la 2010+ Mustang. From what I can tell, the car looks a little leaner. Did they put it on a diet?
  5. Olivia Munn = Future Wife.
  6. Tim, usually I tend to agree with 90% of the things you say but goddamn not right now. I'm gonna side with LJ, and Aaron on this one. This entire thread just reinforces the stereotype that CR is full of very "conservative", oppressive and for lack of a better word Rednecks who are scared of anything different.
  7. The amount of fail is unmeasurable. They are advertising as a business, what business doesn't want attention? That's the entire point of advertising during the Super Bowl.
  8. The Sunoco across the street also has race gas.
  9. That's a serious lawsuit just WAITING to happen. I know if I Cop shot my car by accident/mistake trying to take down some perp and fried all of my electronics, the City will be painted red, with blood.
  10. Columbus Roads....suck ass! My coilovers feel every little bump in the road, my car is basically a rattletrap. I've taken to swerving and generally avoiding potholes at all costs. Hell some freeways it's like doing a fucking slalom avoid potholes (some of which, as you described, are the size of canyons).
  11. University Gyms ftw! I use both Newark's and Columbus' (RPAC) throughout the week.
  12. Why not just buy a 135i? It doesn't sound like aids.

Alex, bring the SC to the next track day (provided you haven't broke it again). Me and You compadre. Meet your (151whp) Maker!
  14. Okay, but I have a few demands. 1. You have to put on a blindfold 2. You must start outside of the car with the blindfold on and make your way to your car 3. Start in 2nd gear If you meet these conditions, it'll be a fair race, me thinks. Remember, 2.0t > grocery getter
  15. How did you get that from what I said? Kill yourself, no, this is not an option, just kill yourself.
  16. I wouldn't want to see that vehicle at all, unless it was going into the crusher.
  17. Damn, your Beater is ugly as fuck. I hope it can at least go quick in a straight line, because Lord knows it couldn't do those things everyone else calls turns.
  18. I might actually "race" at a Track Event for 2010. Went to one in 2009 and it seemed like a blast.
  19. I like it due to the fact it's somewhat decent healthwise and delicious.
  20. This is fantastic advice, I only recently bought an additional gym membership because I knew I'd be in there so much. As far as "healthier food choices", try fixing up grilled chicken with whole grain rice (mix it together in a bowl) or maybe in a whole grain taco shell. I know when I make "tacos" for lunch or dinner, it's only around 400-500 calories for the entire meal and it's pretty lean. Fwiw, I've been more adamant about my health for the past 4 weeks (this is tuesday of week 4) and I've already lost 8 pounds. I went from 202.6 starting weight to my last weigh-in on Sunday of 194.6 exactly. Along with losing weight, I'm also gaining a little more muscle mass (even my family have noticed my arms becoming more "toned".).
