Tried Speedway gas for the first time today, other than the pump shutting off really early (below 3/4 full?) all seems well. Went on a 50 mile mini trip after filling up, average mpg was 32+ thats mixed freeway/ city. Haven't tried any hard acceleration but seems quite smooth. -- Edit: I usually fill up with BP/Shell/Sunoco/Mobil, for slow cars it doesn't seem to matter too much.

I would be down to give info to this test.

Yes my gears are poorly designed, 1st and 2nd are really tall (for a 4 banger) and 3rd, 4th and 5th are short. So I end up at 3000+rpm at freeway speeds in 5th... Shifting quickly will give a bit of spin which bumps the revs up a lil over 4000 fortunately, but still a whole lotta bog until "vtak" kicks in.

GT trim is the v6, correct? Sorry, I don't know much about the 3g's, clean car though.

Unfortunately, when IPS dyno'd my car they used 4th gear, because it's the closest 1:1 gear but in doing so, they hit the fuel cut before redline, so I'm not sure how effective it is shifting at either 6500 or around 7000ish rpm... And although my car is slow, I do break 'em loose with A/S tires.. Burning out when shifting into 2nd is my biggest problem... With stupid gearing, shifting at 7000rpm from 1st to 2nd, it'll land at around 3800rpm, so it's either burnout or bog... sorry if that was long winded.

If you make this happen, you should expect a slow Ginger driving a slow`Mazda3 to show up with friends, a lot.

There are (were?) 3 trims of Nintendo DS. The DS, DS Lite, and DS-i. I'm doing this from memory, lol. DS: thicker, 1st gen DS lite: better battery, better screen and more compact, 2nd gen DS-i: Not a friggen clue, I can't see any major differences other than more interactive (i.e. upgraded chat, etc.) junk... 3rd gen Typical games you should look up: Any Mario game is good, Pokemon (is that still "cool"?), look through the cheap game section, they usually have some gems in there. Really, it's quite odd to hear that people have had bad luck with their 3.4L cars... My dad does fleetsales for GMs big trucks and he gets loaner cars. Anyway, he has had an 2007 Equinox with the 3.4 and now his 2008 3.4 Impala, never had issues with either except bad tire wear.. I checked his "average MPG" on the in-dash unit, it was 28.5 mpg! Holy shit.

Okay well, I made a new "best" pass : 16.3 @ 87mph (don't laugh, I know I'm teh suck) My friend laughed at my attempt and bragged that he could go quicker than me "easily". He makes his pass in my car, 15.9 @ 82mph. He says that I "shift slow" can someone explain why I trap faster but he can cross the 1320 quicker? (My 60ft. was a tenth quicker, and my R/T killed his ) Sorry, I lost the timeslips..
