This is the driver's fault PERIOD you can't blame the guy for riding his bike on the road and getting hit. That is plain stupid, and unless we have bike paths and/or sidewalks everywhere you can't expect bikes to not be on the roads. What that driver did was despicable and I hope the catch him and try him for vehicular homicide.

lol this worked with model cars in shop back in high school it lightened them up and made them go faster, I don't think I would actually do that with anything that my life depends on...

I live just behind this taco bell that you speak of and I do know exactly what you are talking about. They sit there and rev their engines and cat call at women and think they are the coolest cats in town and I talked to some of them and found out they just learned to ride like a month ago and yet they think with their cool bikes that mommy and daddy bought for them they are somehow better than everyone else...

probably wants to sell it and take advantage of people who would pay more for 1000 and don't really know the difference just by looks
