what is dynoday? Mind you before the bashing begins, I followed the link, but I am a newb and I am unaware of what dyno tuning is or why my bike would need it or what the 25$ covers

So on Saturday the weather looked like it would be good so Chachi and I decided to go for a ride. We rode from Columbus to Thornville, then from Thornville to Zanesville. It was my Uncle's Surprise birthday party so we then rode from Zanesville up 83 to Elyria. We stayed for a bit at the party, then rode from Elyria to Mansfield, and from Mansfield back to Columbus. This sounds much more simple than it actually was. We got lost multiple times on the way back, not to mention it was about 40º outside and we had to stop every half hour or so after it got dark to thaw out our hands. We left Elyria at 7:45pm and arrived back in Cbus at 2:00am yea... So we put nearly 350 miles on our bikes in one day. I am sure that isn't very impressive, but I am very new to riding so it is by far the longest I have ever ridden. We decided that from now on we have a 50º minimum and we aren't going on long rides unless it is above 50º for the whole day lol. What do you all think? Are you guys hard core will you ride in cold weather? Or how about in the rain? Part of the reason we had to make the round trip in one day was because we were trying to beat the rain that was coming on Sunday.

I am also a newb, this is my first season riding. I love it.

Well thanks again guys. I can go to sleep rested tonight, knowing I will be able to ride soon!

Hey Guys, Here comes another thread of me showing my squidly noobness because I know nothing about bikes, but I want to learn. The starter on my 1983 Honda Nighthawk 650cc died and I absolutely cannot find a new one. I have tried everyone, Iron Pony, Weimer, Rusty Riders, the Honda dealerships, and no one can find a new starter for me. The starter is too far gone to be able to be rebuilt so I have no idea what I am going to do. Does anyone know if there is another model starter that will work on my bike or where I can get one? I have heard that I should try the Rice Paddy, but they are only open on Thursdays and Fridays so I can't get a hold of them. Please help me out guys, I am desperate to ride!!!!!

Dude I'd be buying it for fun. I just started riding (on the road) yesterday and I'm addicted. This would be my third bike (one is a parts bike) so if you don't have a bike and are serious about buying this one, I won't steal it from you. But I'm still gonna at least look at it on Monday.
