When I finally pulled the GoPro footage from the top of the car I was:
1. shocked how far out Carey was after Ray spun. When I get the video done you will see it was a very large gap.
2. How much and how quick Ray pulled on him at the top.
Its not like he wanted to give up that much, but like Ray said, that track was fucking trash unless you were one of the first 2 pairs down.
I have the GoPro footage off the top of Ray's car, you can see how far out Carey gets.
Carey's car is very impressive and he knows his stuff. He raced a drag pack mopar and won with that car too. If all import racers would act the way he did they would get a lot more respect.
That's why you have to be less of a hero, and on the chute much sooner. There was a guy in a Toyota that almost put it in the wall, but grabed the chute early.
He may of lost the pass, but it saved the car.
Talk to Koolrayz on here, he can give you some information. The valve covers he had done look great, get lots of attention, and have held up well to taking a beating under the hood.
It would actually help, it could slow the car down and keep it from going over.
Not as many crashes due to the honda and VW oil downs that kept cars off the track :lolguy:
Most of the dopes on ESPN need shoved in a locker and thrown in a river. They have turned into the CNN of sports, full of talking heads that just want to spark a reaction rather than have a single useful thing to say....
Some of the stuff I have done, I will have to pull some more

Engine and transmission are parts of the car, what you do with it provides the definition. I'm into all forms of motorsports, drag racing is just my specialist.
To me that's a fast BMW it's a totally different car that will behave differently.
Because it never gets boring making something that's slow fast. I don't care if you're swapping motors in lawn mowers, just do something to make it go faster or stop better and you are OK in my book...
