Well, when you have to play from behind because you are getting out coached, out executed, and out played you can't run the ball...

Unlike the last 2 teams OSU has played Oregon has a good QB and is more than a one trick pony (see cooper) on offense. IF OSU can slow Oregon down this will be a game because Oregon has not played may teams that are as physical as OSU. That and Elliot is a beast, he busts through the line and hits the second level it gives defensive coordinators nightmares.

Good coaching will do that for you. OSU shut down Cooper, exposed the piss poor bama QB, and then punched their defense in the mouth.

This Oregon team is a different animal. I actually watched all of that game while shopping for gun and car parts, they made FSU look like a FSB school at best. The game could be pretty epic of OSU can keep up. We are talking two teams hitting on all 8 right now that are from "weak" conferences that beat "better" teams. I'm not as big an OSU fan as I used to be but I would love to see another good game. Think about this if OSU does beat Oregon, the team that all the "experts" said did not belong in the playoff would have scored 28 un-answered points on the mighty bama and went on to beat them, then go on to beat the ducks who just tea bagged the defending national champions.

Oh and I would not book tickets to the finals, I still think Oregon is going to win it all. They look like Ivan Drago from Rocky IV right after he killed Apollo Creed, just flat scary.

Here are some fun facts: OSU has now beaten 2 of the 3 Heisman finalists from 2014. The Big 10 beat 2 of the 3 "top" SEC teams in head to head games on neutral sites and took the third down to the wire with one of our "second tier" teams. Tonight's cook: Pork Tenderloin marinaded in Stubs pork marinade for 3 hours. Also made bacon wrapped pork ribs rubs in brown sugar, paprika, chili powder, and cumin. Smoked for 2.5 hours in my pit barrel cooker with some applewood chunks. The tenderloin got a nice smoke ring. About 4 years ago my dad was looking to buy a new race car since he wanted to put his nova back on the street. As he browsed racing junk he found the Monza he was looking for at the right price in OKC. The owner sent him some pictures of it racing at a street race called cash days along with some other shots. Dad talked with the guy and he mentioned he was selling the car to pay to finish his 2nd gen small tire camaro... Fast forward to a few years later, the show starts and the guy named Jerry dad purchased the car from is named Monza on the show. Now Jerry wants to buy the car back because he misses it and wants it on the show. Trust me when I say this car is well built and could take about anything you throw at it. Well here's the thing, I don't think that number is them running out the backdoor. I know when Monza and Doc have tested at the track they click the cars off early pretty much every time. Ummm there has been an hour plus wait every time we have tried to go... Been to the one in Cincinasty and love the fact we have one here now. The food is amazing and the bier is big old monster truck tits nice.

I went full home cook and did not measure like a dumbass. Guessing I would say it was at least half a cup of SBR to 2 good sized table spoons of Siracha. I started small and added more to fit the goal taste. By going with the larger amount of BBQ sauce and then adding the Siracha in as needed it let me control the heat more. For future batches I'm going to add some minced garlic to the sauce in small amounts.

Wings on the Pit Barrel Cooker. Made some BBQ sauce from Sweet Baby Rays and Sriracha sauce. Cooked for 40 min on one side, sauced, flipped, cooked for 5 min, flipped, and sauced, then cooked for another 10.
