Post up what you are making, that is what this thread is all about. Smoking and slow cooking is fun and can be done on a regular grill. The best part about slow cooking or smoking is you can take a cheap chunk of meat and make it taste pretty rad. These were made with the Pit Barrel Cooker rub, they sell it on their website and I recommend it. It has a solid flavor, not a lot of salt and can be used on multiple things. I need to go get some welding gloves for when I dump the coals, there is a high level of heat Wife is going to try to make cheesecake from scratch today and I'm going to try to do some wings maybe.

That S10 is a bad bitch. It runs deep in the 9s pretty much every pass on a small turbo (not on e-85 ) and is raced often all on a small tire.

A little while back Daddy Dave got beat by a Chitown car that is pretty much a street legal pro mod. The episode never made it to TV for many reasons and the Chicago guys got lippy. Dave pretty much told them name the time and place, no cameras, and it will be for real money. They backed out.. Well at a Texas no time event the Chitown boys started running their mouths again online, taking car selfies because they did not think Dave was going to be there. Then all the sudden Dave shows up and they went silent.

They don't have nearly the money in those cars as what people think. There is lots that goes on behind the curtain. The guys on that show really do live to race, they are addicts but their drug of choice is the speed, the race, and the hustle. Still waiting for the deal to get finalized for the Wagner's to maybe head to OKC :gabe:

No matter what the internet tells you, these cars are legit and impressive.

They flew planes into buildings, killed thousands here, kill even more in their own homeland ( like 136 kids in a school), and cut the heads off the non-combatants they capture. So I'm pretty sure we should not show them a single inch of mercy and I think the ones who we did "torture" got of pretty easy. I'm sure if we asked them nicely they would just tell us all their plans and want to be Facebook friends...
