It would be a good idea to call up a vet and figure out how much their annual visits cost, price of front line and heart guard. If you have roommates you should make sure they are involved in the decision process and will be able to help out with the dog. Boarding can be expensive so once again do research on kennel cost if you plan on going out of town. Puppies can cause alot of collateral damage. It would behoove you to "puppy proof" your house as much as you can. Put away or hide and loose power cords, trash cans, rat posin, and anything else a dog can get into. Always be patient, pound puppies don't always have the best background and require lots of love and training.

I am glad he got fired pa is one of the few states that does not legally require you to report abuse to police. If he was in any of the other 45 states his ass would be in jail. Nothing against you or your belief in religion but what you just stated is one of many reasons I am against organized religion. I think what has surfaced in the past few years is proof enough. I dont care how many enemies I would make or loosing my job child molestation is something that should always be taken seriously and reported to proper authorities not someone who might be protecting their own interest.

I still feel like I am over reacting but I don't understand how a university can employ someone in a leadership role when they have failed to properly report something like this.
