  1. I'm not worried about any of that. I just want to make sure someone will be at the end to polish my Chrome. Probably should make sure they're at the hs photo op, too. Cruisers gotta look good.
  2. I started a trend.:-) That's my version, and I'm sticking to it.
  3. Moretti's on sawmill rd. Best Italian food, hands down. /end thread
  4. Ugh. Morning, and still nothing. Check my ride thread from yesterday. Pics were uploaded and posted within a few hours of getting home. No harm to any puppies, either.
  5. I'm guessing south.. I was in NEO today, and had no rain. My mom went to Kings Island today, and said there was a bad storm... DO I have a piece to the puzzle?
  6. Looks much better, and it steers now, too. I can do low speed turns. I do love having the cruiser. a 500 mile day would definitely not have happened on the CBR. On the cruiser, I just feel like I should buy a better seat if I'm gonna do long ride fairly often, but it was still comfortable. Yeah, I spent a couple of hours in the HOF, since I'd never been there. It was pretty nice, but reminded me of a giant Hard Rock Cafe, but at the Hard Rock, I'd get lunch for my $22. Here, I got a wrist band, and yelled at for taking a pic inside of Elvis' car.
  7. This morning before I left the house: Lake Erie Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Hadn't ever been there. I thought it was pretty good. Rick Roush I forget where I was for this pic. GPS coordinates have it as Westfield, Oh. Someplace up north in a neighborhood that never happened. Streets were in, lots of lots with electric, sewer taps, etc., and a nice sign at the entrance saying new, single family homes from $61,000... Looks like it's been abandoned for about 10 years or more. After all of that, I came down through Dayton, and back home. End of day: All in all, it was a good day, and I'd be happy to spend more days riding aimlessly. I left this morning, with no clue where I was going, and didn't know until I saw a sign. For the sticklers, yes I know I missed my 500 mile goal by about 30 miles. I took some long ways and side trips, but it's how it turned out.
  8. Welcome home. I hope ya let Margaret down gently when you left her.
  9. The gf is probably coming, too. Another person to the list.
  10. I'm back. This was my best way to spend a Friday, ever. Pics up after dinner.
  11. Lol, actually left about 8:30. I'm in Ashland eating breakfast right now. Gotta love dennys.
  12. Alright. No clue where I'm gonna go. Hopefully somewhere I can get pics.
  13. I'm off, just got my bike back, and want to ride. Nowhere in particular, just ride til I've gone 250 miles, then turn around and come back home. Anybody else want to come, or is it gonna be solo? I'll plan to leave by 10am, sorry for the late notice.
  14. I'm a little concerned that you know this. I can't fathom what would make an adult think that this could be considered ok. Another reason I have no use for most people.
  15. You sure he didnt just have a tan?
  16. Believe me, I know. I'm slow. That's the point I was trying to make, though. I think Shinko's are fine for people that stay away from the edge, just based on my limited experience with them.
  17. Good God, my math skills sucked right there. I mean, they still had 2,700 miles left on them.
  18. One time I was riding on campus and a girl made a weird noise at me, then swallowed a banana whole. I took her home with me. Did I do it wrong? Edit: If my girlfriend reads this, this did not actually happen. Except for the one time I was riding on campus part. That did happen. Thank you.
  19. Ninja, since you and I go way back with our friendship, I feel like I should answer this... I kept thinking about it, but wasn't sure, so I went back and found the receipt for a set of tires I put on my old gsxr600. Sure enough, they were Shinko tires. While I don't remember any specifics on how long they lasted, I do know that it was at least 10,000 miles, since it had 3,700 miles on it when I bought them, and I sold the gixxer with right at 11k. True, they may not be as good as some tires, but I'd bet they're fine for 90% of riders, and $20 saved is $20. Just curious, but if you've already got them, why are you asking opinions? That's like me starting a thread to ask if Conti Attacks are a good tire.
