  1. I just got a 2000 Ford Escort zx2 traded in. It's a five speed, 4 cylinder. I've got photobucket blocked at work, so I cant post pictures, but I can text or email some to you. I'm gonna go find the keys and make sure it's not a total pos mechanically. Decent looking car, and I'll save you a lot of money over your budget.
  2. Does it have a USB port so I can play my iPhone music?
  3. Safe so far. We cooked out tonight. Lots and lots of smoke, took about five minutes for the igniter to catch, but it eventually did.
  4. Awesome. My grille is the most ghetto fabulous grille in existance, so it'll work. I'm surprised I don't blow myself up every time I use it.
  5. I agree, but it's still got to be recognized at my house. Happy Mother's Day to all the moms
  6. I had it for a month when I was between contracts. The service itself is fine, but it seemed less reliable. Maybe that's a sprint thing, idk. Either way, we went back to Verizon and are semi happily paying double what the virgin plan was
  7. I just spit out some grape pop on my desk. Are you happy?
  8. Hopefully there's no next time, but follow her from a discreet distance. Let her get to her muffin eating convention, and when she goes in, put nails or something under all 4 tires. Leave a note on the rear windshield wiper where you let her know you love her. But you don't want her seeing it until AFTER she's backed out of her space and flattened all 4 tires. Passive aggressive is the way to go with a situation like this. Or just pee on her doorhandle, and into the vents at the base of her windshield, depending on where she's parked... You don't want to do that at a mall or something...
  9. $50 entry fee, but it's a good cause... The downside is that I work Saturdays.
  10. I must be a minority here. I wouldn't be bothered in the least. Ice cream drippage aside, the kid probably pointed it out, much like my own daughter points out every bike she sees. Sitting on it is beyond the norm, I agree, but I guess I don't see that as an offense worthy of an ass kicking, like trying out a wife or girlfriend, or jumping on the hood of his car would be...
  11. Truth. It's the principle of it, though.
  12. Tried that. It's only good for 60 days. The guy at farrow harley said he would print me whatever I need, but they won't accept it.
  13. As I found out. I just think its shit that they send me an email and have the fact I had an endorsement, right down to the date, but they can't just put it back. On the plus side, I did pass my written exam today to get the permit today, even without studying the handbook.
  14. Idk, I haven't been there in 3 years... It's definitely possible, though. I don't see that size building staying empty for the long term in that area.
  15. It's across the street from qsl. Just be sure not to park in front of the mattress place next door lol
  16. Anyone here have experience with the Ohio bmv? I had my endorsement, and when I moved back to Ohio, they didn't out it back on when I got my Ohio license. I'm told I need to go back through the whole revenue generating BS to begin with temporary permit, then take the riding portion to get an endorsement. So I think "f that, I already paid for MSF class, permits and endorsement once, I don't want to pay again" and I email the state. They send me back a response that includes: Our records indicate that you obtained a motorcycle temporary instruction permit identification card (TIPIC) on 3/16/2010, and it expired on 3/16/2011 Our records indicate that you added the motorcycle endorsement on the Ohio driver license on 3/24/2010 Our records show that you transferred the Tennessee driver license to an Ohio driver license on 1/16/2013 (out of state conversion) You may present a verification letter from the State of Tennessee confirming the Tennessee driver license did display the motorcycle endorsement. You may have the letter faxed or email to our office for verification. The examiner will acknowledge the verification letter and enter the proper information into the database in order for you to complete ONLY a vision screening and knowledge test. The examiner will also waive the novice requirement So, basically they're saying yes, there is a record that I took the tests, passed the test, and was issued the motorcycle endorsement on my license, but they see an opportunity to charge me more money, so they're going to make me go through it all again. Tennessee is about useless when it comes to getting them to provide verification, as one would expect. I've been riding illegally since January, it looks like, and I'm now not allowed to ride after dark. Ok I'm done with the rant.
