We are all electric and no problems here. House was built in 59' and have newer Anderson windows, all new exterior doors, db drywall in every wall, 15" of insulation in the attic, 25 year old train system that keeps our bills still under $250 year round.

My Mother-in-law's dog broght them to our house and I want to kill her for it. My cat has never had any problems in 10 years with them and my dog and cat have had them. We gave everyone a baths and have them on treatments. We are using that place from down under to get our stuff now that I think we have everything under control. We also had some tic problems, but we treated our yard and that was great!

Yeah you don't get a lot from the scrap yards. I just stuff a lot of stuff into one of the cavy's I junked this week and got $290 for 2 blocks, 2 heads, 1 set of cam towers, a few intake(Alum), 2 transmissions, and a few rotors. After I drop that stuff off I got $375 for the car.

Go see what Carmax will give you and might not be that bad, but make sure you sell it before the winter cause it will be hard to sell a 2wd truck then.

Our 25+ year old electric unit still keeps us just around 200. On top of the stuff in the walls we have db drywall in every room. Doesn't make it fun with installing new doors, but I'm glad it is doing good without needing up updrade.

On the alternator blot just use your floor jack bar on a braker bar and it will move. Don't bounce on it, but just smooth pressure and I'm guessing it will start moving. For that greasy mess just use some brake clean and a rag while wearing gloves. The hard stuff just get a brush and use some engine degresser.

Try finding another of the same model and make the best mower you can for cheap.

How much did you pay for those? They look great for what you did to them. I might have to try that with my SSR's and get rid of them for a bit more then I paid for them to start with.
