Anyone know someone that works for a Lowe's, Home Depot, or anyplace that sells them? Looking to upgrade when stores start to clearances them out. Hopes to brands, but looking for something on the higher end. The last entry level I picked up 5-6 years ago was $399 and bought it for $99 with a dent in the front panel. I just took the front cover off and used the hell out of it. Let me know if we have someone on the inside.
I bet he is talking about Will's car. http://cleveland.craigslist.org/cto/4041680894.html
He is keeping the valve high to keep tire kickers away, but is willing to take less. Very clean car. I just wished it was a 2.0T instead so I wouldn't have two 4.2s in the garage.
BTW Q7/Q5s both have torsion not haldex. Only Haldex is TT and A3 in the states for Audi. Lambo, Bugatti, Volvo, Ford, Rover, and GM all have Haldex units. Getting a flashed Heldex can really changes things too. ask jones.
There was never a 2014 A3, and the all the A3 TDIs are FWD not quattro. Sucks, but that is all we have is car FWD TDIs in the sates with Audi/VW. I can't wait for the new A3/S3
I can always turn people over to people I know that still work in mattress sales at Mattress Firm. You know people calling it like a used Car sales it is close to the same way they get paid. It is a lot of people playing house and it can get old quick with people not coming out and giving real budgets up front. The best thing to do is deal with one person and be honest and there is room to deal, but don't be an ass about it and it really goes a long way. I feel you get what you pay for and I sleep on a Tempur-pedic Cloud Luxe Adjustable King, but not everyone can swing that kinda price tag. If you can't I would look into Sealy or the Sterns & Foster only due to the last few lines of Simmons haven't held up very well. If anyone needs help I can give you free advice from selling them for years with little to no returns.
I still say keep the car. If you are worried about the car get an extended warranty to make you feel better about keeping it. I haven't got to really look into what you owe on the car and what you can get out of the car yet, but we might be able to work something out depending on if you have some money coming out of it.
Yeah True Car is a joke. Great thing for me most Audis are only showing a few hundred off or some max 1,500 and that was with loyalty added in of 1,000.
I find it funny what people want or think pricing should be. I had a guy on a new Q7 that wanted $5,000 off in the first 20 seconds even getting to know him. I so wanted to tell him I see you are looking for a good buy so goodbye, but I played the game and just helped him make a more informed offer. We all get people wanting perfect retail for there car, but wholesale or invoice pricing for no reason. So never get upset with someone like other people have and just be up front and honest what you want to pay. If we can make it happen we will, but this best deal one shot thing is just dumb. It is a waste of your time and the salesman. I know I'm worth more then another dealer just Internet price matching. Maybe that's just me.
X2
If I don't have the time or a tech open at the dealer they do great work. I dropped off my wifes GLI the night after the wedding and got it back the next week when I was back and everything was great. Even got the labor close to dealer side work pricing and was a lot closer to my house. BTW I work at a dealer so I can say great hourly rates...
Wow! It sucks to see this kinda shit happen in family's. My step-grandma took everything from my grandma and dad. Then just in the last few months family member took 10K in cash when a key was given to them to help my uncle get home after a surgery he had.
