  2. when i worked at GM, i was a Team lead, meaning i called the skilled trades people over to fix things when i couldn't fix the machines.. when ever I called them, they knew i wouldn't let them "band-aid" things, they always blamed my "damn red" hair for my stubbornness of making them do their jobs right.
  3. Honestly, I really want the tile gone, if you can use it.. PLEASE make me an offer.. Im almost willing to give it away.

I wish these were a different size, they are exactly what we want, but the wrong size Good Luck with sale
  9. I want to say that the new Auto Show on 610 on Saturdays talked to a an officer about this, and he was all for it as well. He also mentioned that there was alot of positive feedback about the stadiums possible switch to a track. I think its great that there are positive reinforcements for this to happen. *edit* wow.. way to read.. go me.. (i posted the info up on COS as well)
  10. I have never had verizon, but I have not had many issues with ATT coverage, except out in the boonies.. but not for long periods of time. I love our roll over minutes..however, i must point out.. look at your phone bills.. see if you will be using more minutes by switching. almost EVERY single person we know uses ATT, so even with our 500 mins a month, shared, we use 200 combined.. leaving 300 a month in roll over.. but if we we were on Verizon, we would use all our mintues + more, every month.
  11. thats a sucky day at work.. lol.. poor guy
  12. I dont see them making that chunky box thing. I would hate to carry that. http://cache-02.gawkerassets.com/assets/images/4/2010/04/500x_comp1.jpg
  13. Hell my 1400 SQFT house with a heat pump winter bill is 200+ dollars, when that heat pump has to use the "emergency" heat it gets pricey. Our summer AC isnt bad, but i dont use AC till its either retarded high humidty, or above 95°
  14. Sorry, but to me, fairborn can be as sketchy as parts of xenia...
  15. Nathan and I lived in this with our 2 dogs and 3 cats when we lived in Dayton(beavercreek) And we really liked them. They were mostly modern, built within the lat 10 years i think, maybe a teeny bit older.. but pretty new. http://www.fieldstoneapts.com/twobedroom.aspx We were in teh Clover 2 I think. I know its not a town home but they are spacious and open floor plans, quiet area, residential behind it and close to lots of shopping (the Green= Easton and a Kmart, krogers, and meijers are about 5 miles away) and major highway. (675) The Apt Manager is a lovely lady and very accomodating. Looks like rent has gone up a little bit. We also were able to rent a garage there as well. I highly reccomend this place. Moraine Cops and Kettering cops= Watch yoru speed on 35, as its 55mph, and they LOVE to catch you speedign on it. Edit. Kettering is not bad if you are in Far Hills area, as well as near beavercreek. They have small homes to rent for probably the same price as an apartment in b'creek, or c'ville. Miamsiburg is very hit or miss as well as West Carrolton. Stay away from Moraine. You will definatly get more bang for your buck in dayton than you will here, but i dont agree that dayton is a shithole. (sorry i miss the gem city)
  16. Tighter crop on second pic in the right. There is an odd protuberence on the bottom thir of the picture that annoys me. Other wise as usual, scott the shots look good
  17. You need to be more specific on your price range before i can help. Grew up in beavercreek and lived all over the areas described in my 20's in all differnt price ranges.
  18. Tell your friend to use Etsy. REALLY easy to use and Great way to get his shit sold.
  19. Correct me if i am wrong, but can you ask for an officer to come with you to confront him, so that your ass is covered as far him tryin to pull some shady tresspassing bullshit?
  20. Does any know if therE is a guide or website that lists whats in bloom at what parks in columbus? I want to plan some shoot sometime soon but dont want to guess wha parks have flowers and what doesnt. The metro parks website wasnt as informative as id like in this aspect. Also in light of this, what are your favorite parks and why? Good trees? Walking paths, flowers, chldrens areas? Im trying to expand my photography shooting areas with different subjects (models in fields, children in playgrounds, and engagement shots with bridges, ect)
  21. i have used frontline for years now.. I have had reactions to it, and my dogs look pained when i use it on them. I feed my dogs good dog food, and have a clean environment for them. We have still had fleas on months where we didnt use it in the summer months. I used brewers yeast on my dogs growing up and it worked well. I acutally use frontline more for the Tick repellent than anything, having had a dog with lyme disease, i care not to go thru that again.
  22. Normally i would agree with you guys, but since the EPA is involved with this now, I think its something worth looking into. I will be switching to brewers yeast and Lavendar oil for the time being, till i hear otherwise.
  23. You assume too much. First off, i am a Nanny. I am a Nanny because i cant have my own kids. The joy of seeing a childs happiness is very cherished in my heart, and something i will never be able to see in my own childs face. HOWEVER, i have nieces and nephews and god children. All of whom i spoil rotten. Spoiling rotten, doesn't mean i spend a metric ton of money on something that doesn't benefit the child in any way, other than to "look cute". I buy them education toys, handmade items that will last for a long time, that are age appropriate, and balance equally on cost. Next year, husband and i will be contributing to their college fund as our parts of birthday gifts and and Christmas. I think taking your 5YO to a concert with her and ENJOYING something with her is a GREAT bonding experience and i fully commend that, but its NOT the same as WASTING money on shoes that a child at THREE years old cannot even CONCEIVE the reasoning behind, there is no bonding, there is no reasoning whatsoever other than Mommy getting what she considers to be the hip thing for her 3YO. Giving your children quality products is one thing, buying your kids crappy ugly shoes that are fad items, is just plain ridiculous for a child at that age. You dont have to like my opinion, but obviously, i am not alone in my reasoning about this, and i might point out, that my opinion is that of a would be mother, if I could.
