When we were going to try and sell her house last year I had to go get boxes super super fast and didn't have time to search for boxes and found out that Lowes sells moving boxes and a fairly cheap price I want to see their lake maybe $.60 a box for their small box and maybe like $.89 for their bigger box all in all I didn't find it to be a bad deal

Actually, below 32 is when they become inefficient. they were created for places like Florida who only need heatmaybe a few days a year..I think the gas crisis of the 70's is how they made thier way north.. They arent terrible if you have a gas furnace to suppliment it... but most arent set up like that.

Please go outside and check to make sure its not frozen over. Heat pumps are only good for about 10years, how old is yours? Heat pumps are rediculously inefficient in these types of temps. Im a self proclaimed house shopper, I go to open houses, just to go. When we were house shopping, i knew what i wanted. Don't knock hand skills like this- they have real impact on delays of mental issues in senior women. Those prices are beautiful. I realize your wife is quite far from that timeframe but as a woman who comes from a family history of Alzheimer's and dementia and I do everything I can to delay it is much as possible as one of the reasons why I stick to knitting crocheting cross stitch and other mind skills that require dexterity and strategic/memory skills
