You are right, book Values dont buy sell cars. Finding a rare car makes it worth more. My XT was one was one of like 5K made. Finding one that was manual - even harder. Pepole who are buying a 5spd V6 Accord are not the same people buying a Forrester XT. They aren't "enthusiasts" and will move on to a Corrolla or similar vehicle. If you are searching for an 04-05Forrester XT its because you know exactly what it is and at 10 years old, they dont make that version or style anymore and havent for 7-8 years. The Value of a rare vehicle is there for a reason. Quick research shows.. For all XT models with manual transmission (model years 2004 to 2007) we produced about 5,000 cars. For the 2005 model year we produced about 1500. Honda builds SO MANY accords they dont even release prodcution numbers of each model. (at least as far as i can find googling) Perzactly.

yes the lines in the 04-08(i think those years) will not be automatically compatiable.

I'm not gonna trying to be ball buster but without mods an xt with those miles and that year isn't too far off the mark in cost. Maybe 10-12. They are hard to find. As you will come to find. My obxt was a similar issue- I had to fight with the insurance company to get that price because finding that car in a manual is rare.

We had lannis do our fence. They were a little bit more than other companies but we've seen their work at previous houses and I've been impressed with it so we hired them that was over 10 years ago and last year when we noticed some of the boards were having issues they came out and inspected the entire fence and replaced a bunch of boards for free

umm, its improved, but its definitly a weak spot still. A pressure Test will help to evaluate it. When we bought my outback (05) with 100K on it, we just went ahed and had them redone for peace of mind. (we had a lot of other work done to it as well at the same time, just an fyi)

You will have better luck looking in Colorado. Head gaskets. There is a huge Subie crowd out there.

I had 3 Good size trees (easly 30 years or more older) I would say they were 35-40' tall. I think it was $900 bucks. I think i have the number around here somewhere of hte guy we like for tree cutting. if you really want to cut a deal, talk with your neighbhors and see if anyone else needs tree work and if so, ask the guys if htey will cut you a deal for all of you. (most places will) our small property when we moved in had 25+ trees- we voluntarily removed the sweet gums as i hate the spiky pods they dropped and now three ash trees, so safe to say ive had some experience with tree guys.

I talked to an employee the other day and he said they had to remove a douche CPD who was racing like an ass the other night. He also wasn't friendly to his fellow CPD who came to remove him. Some people are just assholes.

yes- at least in this case. I assume it begins when ever the dealer does the CPO, but i honestly dont know.
