  1. I've know this gentleman for many moons now. It's all a front, he's a big sweetheart. <3
  2. Country roads are scary to run on- I suggest carrying a bigger gun for added strength training Maybe an m16, like the soldiers run with.
  3. Ok- so I think since I have a pretty substantial undertaking in this project- I'd like to hire a general contractor to handle the couple different jobs that will need to be done. So- do you have referrals? I know that I want sam to do all the concrete work- but beyond that I have no clue who to hire to dig up around the foundation wall- to seal it/repair it and to put/replace weeping bag drain crap down there for better drainage.
  4. FauxBro is looking for work. He was laid off last year, August, and with all the medical stuff happening while he was on unemployment, the only way to get help paying for the hospital was to go completely off unemployment and have NO income. Now that all has been dealt with, hes ready to get back into the work force. He has GREAT employment history, decent skills. I have his resume for both types work. Any leads would be greatly appreciated. Dayton/COlumbus/cincy jobs welcome. 6. My Inlaws moved from one side of Dayton to the other side of it and said hiring movers was the best decision they ever made. They also have a house in Florida and wish they had done it for that move.
  7. There's an update at the end of the article that also states that the stop sale has been lifted and they are now moving into the recall phase

  10. At this moment - we're gonna need foundation repair- and renovation. I talked to insurance today and we MAY have a slim chance of some claim, due to sump pump failure -( it failed to keep up with drainage)
  11. Should I ask for anyone specifically there?
  12. The drain in our laundry room handled the overflow- cleanup/repair is the issue now. Thanks again Brian.
  13. Well Thanks brian for posting this but now i have ot come forward.. Tonight, the lower level flooded from too much rain over 45 mins tonight. I dont konw what to do. At least hafl of my lower level is now covered in 1/2" of rain water. It overwhelmed my sump pump, and the dain at my back door despite me constantly uncovering it as debris came downt he steps-- We ended up with almost 8" of water a the backdoor- and a waterfall down my steps. I dont know what to do. I also have a secondary submersible sump pump out there running as well- its just too much rain. AFAIK, insurance wont cover this. I need water damage cleanup- ASAP. Who do you recommend.

  16. Yup - it's awesome. And a way for the post office to maybe get some money flowing back in too instead if bleeding
  17. It was a small event yes, but there were TONS of dogs. It was way too early for my taste. Beatrice was miserably hot and wouldnt play with anyone, and would only chase the frisbee but not bring it back. They had a band playing and My Place or YOurs food truck is good foods. All the owners stood around the water feature so none of the dogs really went out exploring how big that place is, so it felt over crowded even though it wasnt really. Also newbies no one cleaning up the dog poop of thier dogs was pissing me off.
  18. heritage Trail is having an event with food trucks and vendors- Should be a busy night as long as the weather holds out. Anyone want to join me? Heritage trail dog park 5-7pm in hilliard
  19. I found ONE dent on the truck. The sideing looks the same as always- Dented but unclaimable. Power flickered but nothing happened here.
  20. Good Luck, mines somehow has NEVER been replaced despite every single person around me getting done.
  21. ugh, i guess i have to go outside annd look at the truck. That hail was nasty. (we leave near there as well) It was only Pea size but the wind was so harsh.. Hiliardrome/Wilson Road area was so loud last night. Love thunderstorms but our power flickerd and Im home alone right now, so i felt irrationally panicky for some reason.
