Just found the tie rod end that went missing when i had the cobra. Still sealed in the Ford box. Fit my 96 Cobra, not sure what else it will fit. First 30 bucks takes it.
Thats awful man, sorry to hear that. Looks like you had quite a bit of work done. I can only imagine how sick you feel about it. On the other hand your ok which is more important that any form of transportation!
The TT's came with better built dv's nown to fail. The last thing iwant to get myself into is replacing turbos....for now. I might come out to qs&l tonight for a lil? Intrested to see what it can do. Although i am not aiming too high.
Turbos do have problems but use/abuse is more the case more times than not. Its only got 72k and the owner seemedtotake decent care of it. Ill prolly have to wait til next year to get it on a roadcourse bc im broke. And Jason, hit me up and well meet up sometime.
Like stated above, it does sound somewhat fishy that he just all of a sudden dropped the issue with you. Like the turbo was fine and something else happened on his end of the deal?
Looking for someone that knows their way around a tranny to help me out. Im looking at an S4 and the car makes a clunking sound when going into first 75% of the time. I need to know if this is common with these cars or weather this is the clutch or what it is. Thanks,
Andy
