The April dates might be a challenge (Deals Gap trip two weeks following those dates), but if that is the decision, I will try and make it work.

First off, I am not a fan of Dunlop tires, but I thought I would give the Q3's a try anyway, so far, no complaints.

I have no personal experience with the Q2, but I hear that they are good tires.

I like it, but not enough for me to dump the 650.

To late I guess...I use a Rapid Transit and an old Cortech mini (something like that), I like the Cortech better, mine has been through absolute hell, and still useable in decent shape, zipper pulls have broken off (again, put through hard times), but other than that, a great tank bag.

I like Shark and Scorpion...As mentioned, fitment should determine your choice...

Matte black, Black, matte white, white, matches just about everything.

I like the Mivv, I have been considering one for the Speed Triple myself....I like the Remus too.

My intentions were to run these this year, did not happen, maybe next year...Good article.

That road is real sketchy for sure!

Man I wish there was a route to the smokies that would take you around Cincinnati. You could go through hocking hills to the midland trail, rt 60, that goes path rough some real nice areas, including Summerville lake and new river gorge bridge. That's the LONG way around though.

Rte. 35 at Dayton pick up Rte. 68 in Xenia, turns into Rte 32, back to 62/68/52, then 68 which drops you on I75 at Lexington...Many alternate routes at this point too, if you do not want to pick up I75, map it out first though, many of the roads through KY can get you turned in the wrong direction, without gps/cell service.

Nice, going out right now to see if I can find something wrong with my Speed Triple, oh yeah, damn it, out of warranty!

They replaced two faulty batteries, and a voltage regulator for me, the dealership I went to tried to charge me all three times. Triumph made it right, no cost to me, no extra free stuff though, I am good with that, dealer wanted like $900 + out of my pocket for the voltage regulator repair, F**K them!

Rear tire is done on the Triumph...pace might be too quick for me on the V-Strom.

Intermediate and novice showed as options in the drop down box after I signed in, available for both days.

I run an SV1000S (2003) on the track, It is fun, pulls well out of the turns, and is very easy to ride.
