Used 6 bolt head, 172xxx miles. you get the head, cams, springs, everything but the cam gears, CAS and thermostat housing. It made some noise when it came of the car, im assuming it was a bad lifter and the valve seals are junk..$75obo New FelPro head gasket (6 bolt 4G63) $15

mine was slow last time i checked 14.2 @ 101 but alot has changed since then so idk..by no means the fastest but prolly able to hold my own now

mine does the same thing..check for vac leaks first..then the coolent temp sensor, iac ect. start cheap and go from there..if you need dealer parts go trhu IPSmotorsports talk to brandon he'll hook ya up...good luck!!

So I've used capital a few times in the past few weeks and all I can say is wow! Hands down the best around. Every time I've called they've had a truck on the scene in about 15 minutes...were not talking sitting around waiting on AAA for an hour crap and you dont have to worry about damage like with other places..cuz its just not gunna happen.
