UPDATE: the 400 was junk so we went with a 355ci, steel scat crank, x-rods, hardened trickflow pushrods, 11.5:1 KB pistons, 202 dubble hump heads, stainless valves, comp valve springs, hunge comp cam..can't think of the specs of the top of my head, torker II intake, edelbrock carb, hypertech dist, jegs ceramic long tubes and some other little things here and there
