  1. As of now it's just myself and @Howabusa , @max power, and @Dreare going. So medium fast pace, 10-15 over(ish) except in the fun bits. Lots of miles, lots of twisties, 4 nights in hotel, 3 different hotels.

I ask that you have your gear and equipment in good working order, you are prepared for the day at hand and are flexible to any changes. Also make sure you have backup funds and resources if you get into trouble. I'm fine with any ones pace but don't get butt hurt if I leave you if you want to take it slower, ill wait at the turns or an occasional pull off. If you have a problem I'll make sure your are safe and help is on the way but I will continue my trip. About 300-400 miles a day of mostly twisties and mountains, maybe a 1800-2000 mile long weekend.

It was a beautiful evening so I decided to enjoy it. I figured it'd just be whoever can join.

When I logged on it said something on the lines of "waiting on host to start meeting" ...I didn't go any further just figeured no one was on so i just left.

Ok $3700 is the bottom dollar, it really is like a brand new bike though.

No doubt it's a good deal for the right buyer. I put a couple feelers out for you to see if there is any interest.

We’ll be hitting backroads Friday and Saturday in SE Ohio, WV, VA and NC including the New River Gorge Bridge, Rt 16, Shady Valley and the BPR starting around Boone.  I’ll be at DGMR Sunday night thru Friday morning.  Have a great ride !

If I go I might hit those areas thursday and friday and camp at the gap resort friday and saturday nights. The fidy races are in the gap resorts parking lot that saturday night always a awesome show. Still waiting on my work schedule to know if I can go.

  5. Okay actually paired my camera to my Sena and did my first ever motoblog. It's a hour long video that was edited down from 4 hours of footage where I jabber about various things. Sound is a little "tin canny" but not bad for a wireless set up. Let me know what you all think. Still a work in progress.

Fontana used to accommodate and absorb a lot of gappers, we talking a major chunk of traffic. If they close the surrounding locations including Airbnb’s going to be busy or sold out early on making it hard to find some one or two day overnight stays. :(

I'll just camp at the gap resort more. A lot cheaper anyway.

Bummer, I liked Fontana and its location. Good news for Townsend I guess.

Yea its always be a great location and amenities just had been mis managed for years. And its potential closing is proof of that. That place should be a gold mine if managed properly.

I guess I’ll need to start looking for a red Connie when I’m down near Mohawk Dam In the future.  LOL

The guy that sold you the parts looks to be “not financially challenged” by the number of toys in his driveway.

That's why he needs the space.

Yup he seem very meticulous about his stuff. He was moving into a smaller place and like mentioned he had to clear some stuff out. Claimed he sold over $12k worth of part parts out of his shop in the last few months.
