Messing around with this HP today its pretty bad ass, I think it out performs my desk top. Plays you tube, and netflix in HD through wifi loading very fast and plays seamlessly. The sound is great, and putting the 8gb ram in it made it lightning fast. Ill keep I look out some somthing better but I really don't see it happening for $300 out the door its a kick ass deal

we just bought my wifes 2007 vstar 1100 with 6000miles(has factory windshield, bags, and back rest)we only paid $5800 out the door tax and all and it is flawless, and i slapped a set of V&H slip ons for another $300

Told my wife to go check out that HP on her lunch break and she bought one:lol:. I guess the guy said they only had a few left and when they are gone they are gone(and she fell for it:rolleyes:) But he did tell her that we can bring it back in 30 day if we find a better deal on something else, and if we did find a better deal else where bring in the ad and they would match it where they could. So kinda like a little test run and im still going to keep my eyes peeled

towing with a Tahoe, yea i want the V more for the space finding a 5ft interior hight will be the tricky part. And i know the height is huge i could really feel my 7x16 when i got on the freeway like a sail, 55-60mph i could get 13-15 mpg, 65-75 mph it dropped to 8-10..LOL

I've had, dell, gateway, hp, acer, Compaq, lenovo and they all have the same stuff on the inside and Ive had issues with all of them, and have gotten a few good apples out of a few but no one brand stands out. One is as good as the next in my honest opinion

my old GEN1 Dell XPS has a 14"(widescreen) i think it would be perfect size for her

she has a desktop, its a older pentium 4 WinXP, but it still works good just too slow for video, plus id like for it to be mobie for her

about $50 more than id like to pay but thats about the sum of it, since i have lots of time im willing to wait on a better price

that one was a single core atom, maybe the dual core run cooler
