Is anyone else watching this train wreck? These guys seem to be blindly dumping their money into every mining scam in africa, sometimes some pretty shady deals. I know it is over dramatized for tv, but the way these guys are going they are going to end up in a shallow grave somewhere.

As far as the law goes, no they cant stop me if they find a firearm in a employees car they can not sue them or file any charges...BUT they can terminate on the grounds of braking company policy. Same goes for telling your boss to go fuck himself, not illegal but you may be fired. Another fucked up policy our company has is they can search you car when ever it is on company property, its uder our substance abuse poicy, and we had to sign paper to say we give consent to this, if you dont sign the paper you are no longer employed.

My company would do the same thing. If they even knew I kept a firearm I'm my truck I would be canned. "company policy" BS

The rate she got was 5.75%, I know they ran a basic credit app but I have no idea if the rate was based on that. I do know her credit score is in the tank right now due to bankrupcy 2 1/2 years ago and some of her old student load being in default, I don know what her score is right now but if I had to guess id say hi 500s or low 600s, id say no higher than 650. They had lots of programs to chose from up to 25 years, some based on income, and some graduated repayments. We went with a 15 yr fixed payment and got her $36k worth of loans for around $270 a month

Little update on this. After trying to work with fed loan, sally mae and others and getting no where my wife called these people that he friend told here about. Cant remember the name off the top of my head but they help set up student loans and help people to consolodate current ones. She worked out a 15 year plan for what we wanted to pay. Here is the kicker, today we get the loan papers in the mail and it will be through Fed Loan, what the fuck? Fed loan said they could not help us directly, why does the syatem have to be so dificult? Oh well its all good now I guess.
